My mom just told me they're actually thinking of getting rid of the landline.
I can't believe that they're actually even considering this. I think aliens may have invaded their bodies. These people SWORE that they would never do it. Yet here we are...considering it. Huge step.

She’s had a steady supply of those Mickeys her entire life. Used to gnaw on them constantly. Always came with her to Best Friends Pet Care.
She started backsliding yesterday. I gave her an extra diuretic today and that seemed to help. Have to call the vet tomorrow to confirm if we need to do that every day now. That means the previous dose only worked for about 2 weeks. I don’t know if that’s normal or not.
Landline comes in handy to us. When I can't find my iPhone in the house I use the landline to call my iPhone to locate it . That's better than searching the whole house by far. Also when I need a 3 way conversation ( like the pharmacy and doctor office and me ) I use both landline and iPhone on speaker to have constructive 3 way talk instead of he said she said. During a storm years ago, my iPhone had no signal but my landline still was in operation.

That's why I could never get into Seinfeld. Horrible people!! And I don't find Jerry to be funny in his stand up, either. Just not my cup of tea.

My MIL does that with the humans....she'll be talking to one of us and run through the whole list of names before she lands on the right one. Er, Ma, Bry, Alex. All. the. time. She just starts to spit out one of the names and then realizes that's the wrong one.
