Snow peas and bok choi, rice noodles with sesame peanut sauce, char siu from scratch, chicken and pork with bok choi, sesame green beans, weekend at grandparent's eggs, orange beef
Looks delicious!! How do you make your peanut sauce? I always just mix peanutbutter and water and throw in some garlic powder, soy sauce and chili paste, but I'm usually just making it to dip fries or bread into and it's a quick and easy thing. I know a lot of people use coconut milk instead of water, and I've heard of people using some grated pineapple, but since I don't like pineapple, I don't, and I find the store-bought versions to be too sweet. I was just wondering if you have a more authentic recipe.

My mom claims she's allergic to pineapple but she eats Dole Whip and fruit salad with pineapple but when she asked if a dish had pineapple in it (yes), she was like I'm allergic to pineapple. :banghead:

Thank you. Peanut butter, this time a bit of miso instead if soy sauce, garlic, grated ginger, So Delicious coconut milk which is more like milk than the canned stuff, a bit of sesame oil(just a little bit for flavor) I sauté the ginger and garlic then just add the rest. Sorry I don't have an actual recipe as I just eye everything out for that

I agree. Sometimes eyeballing or taste works better!

Some people are allergic to the pollen on the fruit but can have it onc it's been processed. I know someone who can eat applesauce and cooked apples, but no raw apples. It's due to the pollen on the fruit.

I am so jealous of all of you, with your rain, and thunderstorms. We were supposed to have rain all weekend, and we need it. It literally fizzled over us, and rained in Chicago. Now we have the smoke and haze. Just done with this.

The air quality was supposed to get better today. Nope. Very unhealthy already, which at least is a lovely shade of purple, on a new map I have learned to read.
