My doc said no red Jello or red Gatorade. It would show up as red in your colon during the procedure. The prep is worse than the procedure. Took the prep then slept a total of 10 min during the night with procedure at 645am. Basically spent all night in the bathroom. Good luck.

I usually got the whole prep process done before I went to bed. I hadn't eaten anything all day so whatever needed to come out was already in place. Especially when you have an early appointment. Pretty much everything that was going to happen will have already happened. I have one scheduled for October and since I will be 75 by then I'm thinking that unless something happens to warrant it, this will probably be my last one. They tend to figure that it is a waste (tee hee) of time once you reach a certain age. At least that is how they used to feel about it.

She's just following protocol here, by being a day, or even a few days off -- when it comes to both birthdays and anniversaries. If people around here actually got the dates correct, we'd know they were an imposter to our chit chat group!
