When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
When are you heading out on another road trip? Please tell us you're going to do another almost live TR
Leaving for Pigeon Forge in the wee hours of the morning actually. Not exciting enough to warrant a standalone Live TR, so I’ll embed it in Saget. I already did Post #1.

No exciting Keys trips this summer, unfortunately 🙁. We are both FINALLY going back to work late summer, so we’ll be parking the RV in a seasonal campground starting May 8th.

I'm sure there will be some cuts in the parks but supposedly all managers. Supposedly no front line CMs will be cut. The usual guest experience blah, blah, blah. Disney is still hiring for some front line CM roles
Last big layoff was not just managers but support staff - admin assistants, project staff, etc. In companies where I worked for, when execs got laid off, there was no need for their secretaries. They got laid off too. The one item I did hear years ago was when some cast were laid off but were offered theme park hourly positions ( at much lower pay ) if they wanted to still be employed. At least if they took these roles they would still have a paycheck with health insurance.

Not bragging or anything, but I am a pro!
I'm not! That said, however, I am currently working (very slowly) on a project of creating a new family photo album. So far I have sorted out general family, wife, kids separate and together, vacation and of myself with photo's supplied by my mother. I looked at the numbers of photos and wondered if we ever put the damn camera down. Now comes the hard part which is deciding what pictures to include in the album and which ones to delegate to the infamous family picture shoebox stored in a closet. I keep putting that part off in the hopes that during the night some photo album spirits will stop in and make those decisions for me.

Keeping up with the actual topic... I don't recall ever taking a picture of food. Even if I thought it was beneficial it wouldn't matter because I never even think about it until I'm looking at the empty plate(s). Plus, it's painful if one is trying to not snack in the evening and coming across all those food pictures. It requires will power and I have focused all that energy on growing my hair back. I'm thinking that is going to be another lost cause.

Well I got the tickets for the Eifel Tower today, tickets to the summit, close to the time I wanted too. My niece is super happy that she will be able to be in the tower at night time at during the day. My sister is afraid of heights and says she is going to freak out in the elevator. I say I'm going to need to go to the champagne bar in the Tower then. Tomorrow I'll start making some reservations for the other places we are going to go like the Louvre and Versailles. The last time we went reservations weren't a thing at the museums and palaces, just at the Eifel Tower. You could buy tickets in advance but just show up whenever.
I don't remember seeing much of anything other than the steel structure from the elevator, but when I was on it I was in the middle of a crowd and didn't have much of a visual range. Again, don't rely on my memory. It's just what I remember, not necessarily actual.
