I bought a box of cookies yesterday and having one per day to hold myself because I want to eat them all in one go. By far the best store bought cookies I've ever had

It’s not the greatest quality but I can stuff my face and belly silly eating at the buffet at Golden Corral to include turkey, mash and potatoes. The GC by Celebration in Kissimmee is at times packed with college and professional athletes that have big appetites. We get there around 1015 am pay breakfast price eat some items and wait for lunch food to come out at 11am and avoid paying lunch price. A number of customers do the same thing we do. And when the server asks at the end of the meal if we want coffee we say yes. They don’t charge us for that.

And that explains why by the end of this year there will probably be no more Golden Corral around to cheat. I live 3 miles from where the headquarters for GC was located for 42 years. They are selling the building and moved to a smaller office space in order to save money. Covid hit them hard and even the restaurant just a half mile from the old headquarters closed permanently and is now a Pop Shelf store. Right here in the area of it's creation there are only two left out of five, 6 years ago. They are hurting. It makes me sad because although I didn't go regularly, I did quite often and I miss it.

My parents are celebrating parts of Valentines Day early today instead of Tuesday. My dad surprised mom with roses today from Aldi. Aldi got them in today according dad.The roses are much cheaper there than other places in the area. What I mean by that is Aldi's has a dozen of roses for $10.00 when other places in the area has a dozen of roses in the $20.00 to $25.00 range.

My parents also will be eating at a Supper Club today for their Valentines Day meal. They doing that today due to how busy Valentines Day will be at a Supper Club.

I am not going to watch the Super Bowl tomorrow. I'll be having frozen pizza tomorrow though.

Apparently they're staying on the monorail loop and were a bit clueless. I told them to go take a bus because they'd be stuck if they tried to go over to Epcot.
