@donaldtoo , just tuned in for a while to Barrett-Jackson. (Currently viewing this on the History channel.) You'll note that some of the "live" footage is on History, while other days (and/or times), it's on FYI. I just learned the other day that the History Channel owns FYI.

@Figgy1 , I'm making a tuna noodle casserole tonight. Looks like an easy enough recipe, and not too big -- enough for 2 people. It calls for "panko" crumbs. Never used those before, but I bought a box -- which I assume will just sit on the shelf until the next time I make tuna noodle casserole. Heck, that could be months from now! :p
Panko is better for frying or topping as it's crunchier. Anyhoo I make my own as it's much cheaper and I have alerted the fire department and poison control that you're cooking

@MinnieM123 , Sorry, one auto auction trivia interjection/interlude…!!!!! :cautious::cool::D:hilarious:

That red ‘67 ‘Vette they sold earlier with the 396 c.i. big block runnin’ 425 hp…
Back when muscle cars were first being created, the goal was at least one hp/c.i., and anything after that was gravy, so 29 extra hp was a lot of extra gravy for that ‘Vette…!!! :)

ETA…
Too many newer and custom offerings in this auction for me, as I prefer the older, classic restored stuff…!!! :)

Funny, I also had the same reaction to the number of newer and custom offerings today. So glad it wasn't just me.

However, I'll bet that later on (or also tomorrow, Saturday is usually a big day), they will have more vehicles to our liking.

My only other complaint is that it's peppered with commercials every 10 minutes or so. (I far preferred Mecum on the Motor Trend channel, with less advertising.)

(And oh yes -- that Vette was a nice one!)

Hopefully, more vehicles to our liking tomorrow, indeed, but, either way, I’ll still be watchin’ tomorrow, too…!!! :)

And yes on the commercials, that’s why I’ve been switchin’ back and forth between the auction and Motor Trend…!!!!! :hilarious:

We only got about around 2 inches of snow.
The city I live in had its 3rd straight of snow. It was 1 inch. There is supposed to be 2 to 4 inches of snow tomorrow with it being 23 degrees outside as a high.

I guess the 4 straight days is happening due to being below the average amount of snow the city I live in is supposed to get already this year.
