Panama Canal 2022 Trip Report P3
Still in Gamboa Resort.
After dinner, we just fooled around wasting time as we wanted to wait until the night Safari.
Which was pretty simple to get on. As we were told to gather on the lobby then we boarded the same tall truck vehicle they drove us to the gondolas.

On board, we had a driver and a naturalist expert with a high beam handheld lamp.
And we drove very slowly around to check the tons of trees for Sloths and birds, also other animals.
We managed to a few sloths there and here, mostly hidden in the trees with the occasional visible one in the open.
A Capibara Family and a solo male one, as well as a nearby pond full of turtles and caimans.

Did I tell you guys how much I love my Nikon D500? It can focus almost in almost complete darkness!

Only the blurriness were caused by having to shot with low shutter speed to compensate the darkness.
After the Safari we went to bed as the next day we had another tour piled up.
A boat tour to the Monkey Island and Gatun Lake. As well as a pass by the Panama Canal.
So I woke up kind of early to try to catch some birds.
As most of them are early morning and late night.
Because of the super high temps during normal daytime.
And caught these bad boys being super loud.
