So, Emmy turned 4 on Tuesday, and Matthew turned 30 yesterday.
We celebrated Emmy’s birthday this morning at a local park, and Matthew’s birthday this evening at Sarah’s place with pizza and some seriously silly-competitive Chutes and Ladders…!!!!! :hilarious:

Happy 4th to Emmy, and happy 30th to Matthew! 🎂

Was fun to see the "kids' table" at the festivities. When I was a kiddo, I used to love the kids' table, because we all felt special having our own table at a party. And no adults were there to interrupt our antics! :joyfull: (Oh, years ago when one of my brother's 2 kids were around Emmy's age, I had set up a kids' table with cute decorations and party favors, for a birthday party at home. He told me to put their seats back at the regular table with everyone else, as he didn't want them to feel "excluded" . . . )

Yes but I'm sure your dh paid for his own;) James has 2 rescue monitors that are relics in computer years one of which he repaired himself. Truth be told I don't even remember where it came from.
They would get along famously. Hubs repairs everything, and over the years has "helped himself" to discards from other people trash, that he's grabbed on trash day -- and brought home. ;)

I'm almost certain one of the rescues had a free sign on it and the other was one dh never got around to repairing when he upgraded his. Dh only has 2, for now:cautious: The next monitor is mine and I don't care if it's newest/bestest as I'm just going to use it for reading text

Thanks very much, Minnie…!!! :)
Time just flies so fast…!!!!! :eek:o_O;)
Megan chose that park pavilion specifically because it had the kiddo table…!!!!! :hilarious:
Excluded…? Looked and sounded to me like it made them feel more included, actually.
There was also an accessible picnic table where one end extended well beyond the typical legs and benches portion of the table for that purpose (pic below)…all pretty cool to us, as my MIL was in a wheel chair…!!! :)
