RIP Animal Kingdom if Zootopia and Moana gets in
That is not the only thing. I do see your point. I don't completely understand Moana here considering that IP is getting built in Epcot.

Blue Sky Concept art for MK give an impression that Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island could be going bye bye if there is founding for that. Not a fan of that if that happens. I like the Liberty Belle ride.

I know Coco, Encanto, and Disney Villains were mentioned in a blue sky process for Magic Kingdom.

If it replaces it. Countdown to Extinction Z(Dinosaur) is one of Disney's best rides.

Plus it's Animal Kingdom not Animation Kingdom.
Ironically, I found Dinosaur to be the worst.
It was so dark and you can barely see anything. It randomly shakes you around wildly and some voice here and there..
It was of the very few rides I came out very unhappy.

@FutureCEO , are your plans still "on" for your trip to England? (I can't recall the dates you mentioned at one point, so I wasn't sure if they were a few weeks from now, or if they are more recent.)

Trip is still on though a lot busier than I thought it would be in London because I'll be there for the lying in state and the funeral. The funeral I could care less about (so long) but I wouldn't mind see the procession. But I'm not waiting hours either for a good spot.

I agree, it was kind of fun the first time I rode it, but after that it was just getting jostled around in the dark. It's been years since I have ridden it. Part of the problem was that I rode Indiana Jones in Disneyland which was so much better.

Well at least zootopia is about animals. It fits in that context....better than Avatar. But Avatar land has AK's most popular ride. They're going to do whatever they think will bring in more money. And dino land as a whole is not bringing in the dough. I've actually never been on Dinosaur. It was being refurbed during my 2016 trip and then our 2019 trip was when my daughter got heat exhaustion at AK and we spent most of the day in Pizzafari trying to get her cooled down, and there was an after hours event that night so we got kicked out early. We didn't even go to dinoland at all. It wasn't a priority. The people who I hear saying they love it, it's more of a nostalgia thing than anything....kind of like original figment. It's not broadly popular. If they want to disperse crowds throughout the parks, they have to offer more draw to the parts that aren't popular now. Otherwise, people are going to flock to those areas like Flight of Passage, and other parts of the park will be dead, and they will have problems with flow. They have to do SOMETHING to create that draw. Whether zootopia and Moana is the right way to go about doing that, I seriously doubt, but I don't know what WOULD be the right way, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Indiana Jones in DL is much better. Uses the same technology, but is so much more interesting.

Dinosaur has been well kept up, but is starting to show its age, especially with Uni opening new Jurassic Park stuff nearby. My favorite is how in the preshow his password was four characters. 🤣

Avatar only fits thanks to its conservation message and.. well.. its pocahontas in space.

Me laughing and crying at the same time.
