Well at least zootopia is about animals. It fits in that context....better than Avatar. But Avatar land has AK's most popular ride. They're going to do whatever they think will bring in more money. And dino land as a whole is not bringing in the dough. I've actually never been on Dinosaur. It was being refurbed during my 2016 trip and then our 2019 trip was when my daughter got heat exhaustion at AK and we spent most of the day in Pizzafari trying to get her cooled down, and there was an after hours event that night so we got kicked out early. We didn't even go to dinoland at all. It wasn't a priority. The people who I hear saying they love it, it's more of a nostalgia thing than anything....kind of like original figment. It's not broadly popular. If they want to disperse crowds throughout the parks, they have to offer more draw to the parts that aren't popular now. Otherwise, people are going to flock to those areas like Flight of Passage, and other parts of the park will be dead, and they will have problems with flow. They have to do SOMETHING to create that draw. Whether zootopia and Moana is the right way to go about doing that, I seriously doubt, but I don't know what WOULD be the right way, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
