Ivory Tower Squabble EST 2011. WINDMILL SURVIVOR
I'm home almost everything is away and the cooking has started. Lots of slicing and dicing today as I need to chop kale for smoothies, slice veggies for ratatouille, slice onions for onions in red wine jam, mushrooms and onions in red wine, peppers and onions, grilled veggies(zuchinni, peppers, eggplant and onions), bok choi with peppers and onions. Guess who got 50 pounds of sweet onions and 25 pounds of peppers for next to nothing
Who is chopping?

Oh, so we're all ok, no injuries. The rental car is also fine and we were able to drive it to West Yellowstone after we were rescued. We were able to climb out via the driver's side and climb up to the main road, and I had my cell phone and was able to get reception about a quarter mile back up the road to call 911. So we are all ok. I'm putting the pictures under a spoiler tag, because some people might be triggered.

Wow that brings back memories when I visited La Paz Bolivia the highest altitude city on the planet. The dirt road winded around a mountain 15K feet above sea level for the tourist SUV to get to our destination Cerro Chacaltaya which was 17.5K feet above sea level where we walked with difficulty the last part to get to the top at 18.1K feet high above the clouds. A certain drop off the road and we would be all goners. Chewing coca leaves sold in the outdoor markets really helped combat altitude sickness and deal with the extremely thin air.
