You're welcome...! :D ;) :)

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Had lunch today at Five Guys. Got a bacon cheese burger (with grilled onions, ketchup, and mayo), hubby and I shared some fries, and I treated myself to a Diet Coke. I rarely drink soda, I usually only get it at Disney or when I'm on vacation somewhere. Anyway the meal was great, and we ate it outside in pleasant 68 degree weather!

This is why we were advised by our parents, from a very young age, not to get too emotionally attached to any (sans the kitties and puppies ;)) farm critters, lest they end up on the dining table at some point...! :D ;) :)
This actually reminds me of that Gordon Ramsay episode.
Where he warns his kids about not getting too close to the Turkeys and Pigs.

It was Ramsey who looked distressed to have to cook his "pets".

Hahaaa...! :)

Just a quick aside...
Have you transferred the tape to DVD or some other more modern media? Tape is a magnetic media, and I know that it will degrade and eventually disappear over time, much quicker if it's played often. I've transferred many of our most treasured tapes to DVD over the years.
Some of our more tech-savvy members, please correct me if I'm wrong.
The issue is.. DVDS arent for forever.. only the pressed ones.
burned DVDS have a lifespan of 10 years as well.

Worse if you live in tropical areas. As there is a very interesting bacteria that eats the SILVER reflective surface of the DVDS.
Rendering them useless!

Having not eaten all day, Hubby and I opted for a very late lunch/very early dinner of various deli salads and hot dogs. In my case, hot dog. Singular.

View attachment 92403 The rotini salad, at the top, was surprisingly bland. The larger pasta salad at the bottom (minus the yucky black olives) had an unexpected kick.
Eat the chick pea salad first; smoosh the two pasta salads together ... perfection!

My hot dog, with tangy dill relish; proving once again, that I DO NOT add ketchup to everything:

With milk, of course.

Jennifer.. have you stopped to think.. that maybe you should buy a chocolate colored cow?
I mean.. to get fresh milk for your dinners!
You must be the best client in the area for those milk businessmen!
