We currently have Amazon, Disney/HULU and HBO and between the 4 of us viewing time is almost evenly split. Maybe watching In the Heights more than once has something to do with it and yes it needs to be watched a few times to find all the easter eggs

We have Amazon, Disney+, Hulu, Britbox and Acorntv. Now HBOMax. We can never get bored!! . I splurged for the $11.99 mth to get first run Warner Bros movies.

Bought a slice of blueberry pie at the grocery store today. Heated it up a little in the microwave, and then I put a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt on top of it. Yummy lunch! (Trying to eat healthier in 2022, and incorporate more fruit into my diet. )

So, we had scrambled eggs, bacon, and Fruity Pebbles for breakfast this mornin’ (sorry, forgot to take pics) before settin’ off for our gondola adventure at about 9:45a. The gondola ride is at Ski Apache just below 11,981’ Sierra Blanca Peak (back in the day, myself and some friends hiked to the summit of 13,167’ Wheeler Peak (New Mexico’s highest)…!!!

The last pic was taken at a pullover at about a little over 10,000’, near the timberline.

Plot twist…!!!!!
We had driven past a snow tubing place at the base of the mountain, and Sarah and Matthew were really interested. We talked about it some more as we continued the drive up the mountain to the gondola ride. By the time we all decided to turn around and go back down the mountain, to instead go to the snow tubing place, the road up the mountain had gotten so twisty, and narrowed so much, that we couldn’t find a place to turn around, until we finally found that pullover…so, it took us 3/4ths of the drive up the mountain to finally be able to head back down…!!!!!
Bonus…
The gondola ride was $40/adult, and the snow tubing was only $37/adult…!!!!!
Bummer part…
The weight limit for the tubes is 250lbs., and I’m just a tad north of that…!!!!!
Anyway, the weather was great, the kiddos had a blast, and we had fun watchin’ ‘em…!!!

The last one is of Sarah comin’ down the run, with Matthew at the top, and the red line is just above the lift/moving sidewalk.
Also, other than the 2 runs you see, as you go to the left, in the picture, there are 6 more progressively steeper runs, plus another lift from the bottom on the other side, next to the steepest run…!!!

Also, the kiddos did talk Carolyn into a run down the gentlest slope…!!!
Unfortunately, her feet bumped the snow side berm about 1/3rd of the way down, and she went into such a spin the rest of the way down that she was so dizzy she couldn’t get outta’ the tube without help…we all, including Carolyn, laughed so hard afterwards we were crying…!!!!!
As you can imagine, Sarah and Matthew took several more trips between the other runs, but, that was Carolyn’s one and only…!!!!!
And, yet another bonus…

My dad introduced me to his music in 1993 shortly before his comeback album.

I went to 2 concerts of his in the 1990s when he still had a great voice.

RIP to a legendary singer.

Sounds like a fun day! We are taking the middle school students snow tubing here next Wednesday. It might have to be postponed though, the forecast calls for sub-zero temps. Also I think it would be super fun to spin like that, but I'm a spinner (love the teacups!).
