Has anyone been watching this season's Dancing with the Stars? I'm really enjoying it, and the Halloween themed dances (and costumes) were outstanding this week. It's hard to pick favorites, as there is so much talent in the competition.
I stopped watching a couple of seasons ago when the new host came on. Some of the dances I've watched on FB. I pretty much only watch two shows live these days: Jeopardy, (when I eat dinner) and Blue Bloods. I watch Young Sheldon after it airs on Paramount+. My guilty pleasure is Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, but I can watch that commercial free the day after it airs on demand. I barely have any time for TV. But it's usually Friends and BBT reruns when I have the time.

And now for something completely different:

My food joy is probably less sophisticated then most on here. When I lived in Vermont my favorite bagel was Onion produced by Thomas. The same one from the English Muffin split. It was part of my breakfast almost every day and also made extremely good vehicles for sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. They were soft and stayed that way for what seemed like forever. If they did start to stale a little, 15 seconds in the microwave brought them back to brand new.

Anyway they are manufactured here in North Carolina but when I moved here 10 years ago they could not be found anywhere. I tried every store I came across with no luck. If I made a trip back home I stocked up and brought them back with me. I sometimes spread them out over three freezers. The only other place I found them was in Florida, so when I went down there I brought some back here. I switched over to Thomas Cinnamon Raison Bagels and after sending multiple requests to Thomas Co. to put some in the stores here in Raleigh and the area, they only answered one of my e-mails by suggesting that I buy a "Everything" bagel because they contain onion. I was, of course, compelled to reply that I didn't want an Everything Bagel, I wanted an Onion Bagel. I finally gave up. Then a few weeks ago I noticed in two different stores that they have placed Onion bagels on the shelves. I only hope they give them enough time to get them to build a market. They are very tasty and multi-tasking, but I have a feeling they are just teasing me. Finger crossed!

That would make you disgusted with the majority of New England residents. French decent mostly, but we have converted many to our side of things. Eggs (scrambled with butter and light seasoning the exception) are basically tasteless. Light amounts of ketchup gives it something worth munching on. We pray for others to not be quite so damn bland. ;) :)
New Englander here -- little butter, pinch of salt and pepper on my eggs. (no ketchup or anything else)

And if there's BACON, it's straight up! :joyfull:
