  2. Boss then complains that he might be too slow to answer, asks others to reply.

  4. We only need to switch a SINGLE EMAIL ADDRESS TO ANOTHER. but noooo... Boss does not want to. He demands answers. Boss makes it literally impossible with an immense amount of stupidity, blockades, misdirection, dumb questions, stopovers and long waits.
  5. I explain multiple times, over multiple days with the help of other staff why a different way is to go.
  6. Boss does not change the app.
  7. I ask later to just help me and confirm he received some test emails from the same source as the requests.
  8. He does, does not find anything, gets ****ed, asks to get things done and why this wasn't resolved yet.
  9. I explain everything.. in a list kind of way, explaining the reasoning details, etc..
  10. He gets even more in his hostile mod, says that he wants to be out of every test email, etc.. and to get "things done"... also to never talk to him about this and how should have been done with the help of other manager. Then goes on a tirade on how his job is not a "hobby" and how these requests are what pays "my" (as in mine) salary, etc.. Yet he is so damn combative to change the address.
  11. 3 managers and me have been trying to get him to change emails. The email setting that HE SET and he has refused while telling us to not send him emails.
  12. If this was really THAT important, he would have changed the damn email already and be done with it.


    TL;DR: Boss has asked us to do something to make things "much simpler and faster". He has literally sabotaged himself and now us consistently with his combativeness on any change that needs to be done by him.. because he has the tendency of always putting himself as ONLY SOLE contact point or OWNER level on any app. So everytime we need to make changes, we have to ask HIM.
Its like he buys the gun, he loads the gun, he aims the gun, then he shots himself in the foot only for later blame everyone about why he got shot and is now bleeding.

I think this years Formula 1 season is a sore spot for Mr. Ferret. I am sure @StarWarsGirl is happy though with the result.

Honda Formula 1 driver won this year's driver championship over a Mercedes driver. Mercedes driver had a slight championship point lead going into the final 2 races of the year, but lost it.
