Eventful day at houston...

To resume:
- Arrived yesterday.
- Lost one of my most important documents in the plane. My global entry card.
- found by the time I almost reached the federal entry section at IAH. Talked to clerk who got in contact and went to search.
- The plane departed for MAINTENANCE to minneapolis, no way to get it back. Clerk incorrectly redirected us to lost and found on the airport. Probably to was their hands on the issue. Opened a report with United.
- Got to the hotel.
- The hotel was disturbingly bad in maintenance. The paint chipping in the hallways, wood falling apart on elevator, etc.. Rooms smelling of stale humidity and water dripping from the bathroom, oh. and a towel with dried blood and hair. And the pool was full of dirt and debris. Like a crime scene style run down motel lmao.
- Sleep decently.
- Woke up and got ready, breakfast that was suposed to be free was closed for covid. They were giving small commercial gas station style snacks instead of breakfast. Was raining very hard.
- Got to the calibration center. Cochlar incorrectly shipped it to my aunt's home instead of the clinic.
- My old doctor got replaced, again, now with an old dude who is awesome. Props to Dr. Tonini. anyway he offered to open the clinic only for me tomorrow once I got the replacement implant back. stopped raining as we got out of the clinic.
- We thanked, paid, left, went to downtown aquarium. Good food and beautiful place. We even got the train ride for free to see the sharks.
- We went to walk downtown all was well for a while, then we decided to take the metro light rail system so my sister could see most of downtown area.
- All was going well until I took a photo of my sister near a door to show the train stations map on top.
- Some black dude suddenly got up and started to curse at me very fast. I had no idea what the hell was going with him. He was pretty violent. I held my grown and I had to pull my sister to my side. He got pretty close to my sister wile insulting both of us. I tried to explain how I could not understand him and he only screamed harder. Thankfully he got off on a station, unfortunately we reached the terminus line and we had to change lines. We did not need this, as we wanted to go back.
- So we hopped back. The nearby passagers told me we were good for holding our ground. One of them said that the violent man was a "usual" moron picking up fights with everyone who he thinks got looked bad at. One latino man said we technically were safe, as we were in the front train with the driver and we were in an area meters away from a police station. We will felt a bit rattled.
- Boarded back as the train was getting close to depart backwards. We were a bit worried as the violent man was coming back. Thankfully the doors closed as he was getting closer. He of course wanted to pick a fight again because he was actually lining to the exchange line, not to return like us... so he was just moving back and forth picking up crap.
- Anyway the metro moved backwards towards the opposite side and no problems at all. We reached Herman's park and we had a great time there checking.
- Meet with cousin who thankfully got my replacement device and then we went to eat. we got stuffed and we went later to talk in an starbucks. As my sister had never meet my cousin's wife.
- Back at the room. Tomorrow another family meeting before going to MCO.
