…and they just took all the patients in - except us. Apparently the doc’s office didn’t fax insurance authorization. Don’t know how we resolve that at this hour, but calls are being made.

I won’t be able to go back there with him because of Covid.

Update: they’re saying one part of the procedure is approved, but not the other, so not sure what exactly will happen. There was a suggestion of walking out and back in through the E/R. For now, they brought him back for prep and I’m home.
