Fun fact, Target actually does have a service for team members that provides free therapy sessions. Haven't needed to use it yet but I probably should lol.

All you need in the US to get a pilot's license is 3rd class medical, be 17, 40 hours pass a written and flight test. Getting signed off on various aircraft takes more time
