Wow, 10:30. When I was your age there were a number of times that I was out partying until 3 am and got up to go to work at 6 am. My eyes were bleeding but made it through the day vowing that I would never do that again. And I didn't until the next weekend when I was sure I would go home early. Then at age 24 I got married and all the partying stopped cold.
Well, I'll be 26 this month, so...😜

As much as I despise sweet potatoes -- I actually LIKE sweet potato pie, because the yummy spices make it taste almost like pumpkin or squash pie.

Do you have a cooler, that you could also send me some homemade, whipped cream? :hungry:
Yes I have a cooler all you have to do is hope there's any left to put in it. Sorry no whipped cream but I have a can of coconut cream which whips nicely

A picked up this stupid book from the library and the main character is named Alexa.
At least its not the DC Chocolate Design Facebook & instagram page and Amazon Alexa can't read. There is a mother's day picture that DC Chocolate Design has. It has flowers, chocolate and a towel.

The towel says:
Alexa,

Feed me Chocolate and tell me I'm pretty.

Just because I didn't party after 24 doesn't mean I wasn't still stupid enough to do it if I could have gotten away with it.
See, I'm a genius. I came to the conclusion in high school that it wasn't worth it and I was better off sleeping. Or if I stayed up late, watching movies or reading books was a much better use of my time. Now that I am older, once my body says "It is time to go to sleep" I say "Okay." The unfortunate part of this is that sometimes my body says it wants to sleep middle of the day, but for the most part this seems to be a good strategy.

@Songbird76 this came across my FB feed and I thought of you. Have you ever hear of this town or been there?
Looks interesting and pretty and you wouldn’t have to worry about driving. 😊

It is really pretty. We had a family reunion weekend there when the kids were little...like 3 and 4. E got really upset because she had these new shoes she loved and when my husband took them to the canals to go for a boat ride, the banks were all muddy and she stepped right in the mud, up to her ankles, and ruined the new shoes. She came in in tears, covered in mud.
We all stayed in this big lodge thing, women in one hall, men in the other, in bunk beds. There were a couple of separate rooms, and we ended up staying in one of those because A started coughing up a storm and no one in the men's room could sleep, so we had to move into the private room. But they had so much fun during the day playing games with the other kids and they had rented one of those bouncy castle trampolines...they LOVED that. It's a beautiful area!
