What's funny is that it shows how freaking ironic the ad placement is. Like it's at the bottom of my screen and yet I didn't read it, and didn't remember it. So I guess forcing it into my face doesn't really make a difference

I KNOW! I have the rest of the collection which is 8 books. I spent less than $10 a book. Like I said, I'll get the Kindle copy (which is $15 but will probably go down) and then eventually they'll get paperbacks, used copies, etc and the price will go down. Yikes.

Honestly, to me it's really shady. She has enough fans now she could make millions by pricing the darn thing normally. No need to be greedy.

The illustrated HP books were much more expensive, but being that you pay more for the drawing art on top of the written art, it felt worth the price.

It probably is the publishing house, plus the book is probably going to be over 1,000 pages again.

I'd do it if it were $20-25. Not that much. Plus those books are HEAVY. I'm not sure I'd want hardback over paperback anyway.

$25 would be an easy buy for me. Except in slightly OCD and I cannot own paperbacks of the whole series and then a huge hardback book. Just cannot do it they all need to be the same size.

That's okay, it bothers me that I have the rest on paperback and then would have one in Kindle format.

Edit: I'm also slightly bothered by the fact that I have Ready Player One in paperback and Ready Player Two in hardback.

Wow! A Dominos wouldn’t last by us more than a month if they treated customers like that here. There are so many pizza options around here. Their work ethic at that Dominos by you is shameful. No pride whatsoever.

I'm seriously amazed they are still open. How can there still be customers who trust they will actually get their order? The reviews are terrible! Even people who actually GET their food say it's not good. We can't be the only ones who won't go back there.

It hasn't been added to the bookstore listings here, yet, so I couldn't see a price. Usually more expensive over here than in the US though, so if it's that much there, I hate to think what it will be here.

But you can make the print bigger and get books for so cheap (I've gotten ones for 99 cents, some for $3).
