Ivory Tower Squabble EST 2011. WINDMILL SURVIVOR
We call those cropdusters. ;) Too small for me.

Yeah, my sister lost her best friend in a small private plane crash her senior year of high school, it was pretty devastating.

Her Dad was a big wig for Continental Grain and they were Christianity a ship named after his wife so they were heading down south via a bunch of the corporate small planes. My sisters friend and friends boyfriend had a fight and he decided not to go on the trip. At the airport they put her on a different plane so another couple could be on the same plane since her boyfriend was no longer making the trip. Her new plane crashed into the Gulf, no survivors. They let boyfriend believe he was spared by not going instead of letting it be know if he flew she'd still be alive. When my Sis found out she was dead she came flying into the house into my arms, Bridge over Troubled Waters came on the radio. I always think of her every time I hear that song played.

The girls mom gave my Sis her Jewelry Box that played music when you opened it. On the 1st anniversary of her death we were all in my Moms living room and the music box started playing-closed. So creepity. Jewelry box went to live in basement after that.

No longer get on tiny planes, I had before that, often.

I'm a bad planner. :D

For decades I plop my tush down in a chair before a travel agent. She'd get quotes from 3 or 4 travel firms that offered slightly different rates and the perks were what usually drove which company she booked us through. Normally WDW Travel Co or GoGo. Usually the bonus was either free breakfasts and a free perk like a round of golf with clubs, hour boat free, stuff like that. It took a couple hours and I was done.

We never booked dining until the day of besides major holidays for Christmas/New Years. We generally picked our first park and alternate if it was raining and we'd kinda decide the day before where we'd go the next day subject to change with the weather. We'd generally avoid MK during rain and head to future world. As the kids got a bit older many nights ended at the World Showcase. WS was difficult to spend lots of time in when they were little.

For 2 weeks a year we'd have a relaxed vacation with family time flying by the seat of pants, getting up when we wanted to most days, leaving the parks when we had enough, eating what we were in the mood for.

One year my DS when we ate QS for breakfast which was half the time, he chose Jell-o, breakfast potatoes and bacon every breakfast.

As I've posted many times before, the most we've ever had is 6-day hoppers and a week-long vacation. Even then, although DWifey is thorough, we really have only ever planned ADR's and what resort we were gonna' stay at the last 2 trips 'cause of my CM discount, and, loosely, what Parks we wanted to do on what days based on EMH. Beyond ADR's and the resort discount, it's really all subject to change at a moments notice based on our mood, whimsy, etc..
Given 14 days, ours would be more laid back too. :)

Note: We haven't been since June of '13, so we haven't yet experienced the Magic Bands, FP+, etc. fun. :)

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
My niece goes to a Private School in Ohio. KP-4 no uniform but some tight restrictions on type of clothing and dress shoes. Middle School 5-8 they put them in uniforms and high school they could pretty much wear what they wanted. Go figure same school KP-12.

How would you like to walk this staircase multiple times a day. Oy

Just think of the calf muscles you would build.

Eat enough apple seeds and they will kill ya, Rosary Pea are deadly, Oleander is so pretty but very toxic, Daffodil bulbs will make you go numb, Doll eyes act like a sedative and relax heart muscles so they don't do what they should, or another favorite Hemlock paralyzing your central nervous system.

I'll still take my chances with natural foods over eating chemicals though.
to be honest.. everything is "chemicals".
The difference is the way they were produced, concentration and residues to produce them.
