Will gladly shovel snow for food!!!
hubs just came in from shovel number one. He thought it would be really heavy because it was raining before snow but he said overall it is light. A few more inches on the way but the wind is blowing really hard so I’m sure we will have some drifts. Oh and the food was great plenty of leftovers! Including chocolate Yule log with homemade chocolate mousse.

Good morning everyone! Christmas break has started for me, well actually at 10:30 am yesterday. I worked four hours of inservice time yesterday which we could do at anytime yesterday so I went in super early to be done. Anyway, hubs and I are doing our normal Christmas Eve dinner today because he has a bunch of small services tomorrow. So I'm channeling my inner @figmentfan423 with some cooking and baking today. But tomorrow should be relaxing, well for me not for hubs. Today we are also supposed to get 3-4 inches of snow, so maybe @MinnieM123 wants to come over for dinner, we will let her shovel!
Hey we can be up in a bit too!! I have to pick up @MinnieM123 and @Ken Adams first!

The only Christmas baking I did, was gingerbread cookies today. I always put extra ginger in mine, along with other spices, but the ginger is predominant.
These were the only vice I gave into, this entire holiday season. Seriously, what lunatic willingly decides to go on a diet in November and December?!! C'est moi . . .!! Oh well, 10 pounds lost.

as for the gingerbread cookies are they soft or crispy?

Yep our “guard” dog is on high alert too. Yesterday when I came home from work I walked into the house with 3 bags and the porch door slammed but she was still fast asleep on the couch. I found her asleep on the couch and she was groggy and barely let out a woof!!

How much does this ferocious beast weigh? A and N have decided that our next pup needs to be small enough to fly, and yours is cuter than as lot of the other small dogs I've seen. Los of scraggly little dogs on petfinder

She is a Maltipoo and weighs close to eight pounds.
Scraggly little dogs usually come with really big attitudes.
Snow is a rescue, given up by an elderly owner who did not realize what a challenge house training a puppy was.

I always wanted a Yorkie...they are so small and cute. My music teacher in 7th grade had one and she wore an apron for our awards night and put the dog (Melody) in the front pocket of the apron. When we got an award we got to come up and shake Melody's paw.How much does this ferocious beast weigh? I also love Papillons. They look kind of like the long haired chihuahuas, but chihuahuas are known for being really needy. They don't do well being left alone while you go to work during the day. They need a lot of attention. I have enough demands on my time...I'd rather have a dog that makes a good companion, but isn't like a toddler.
