And, the other night, Emmy wanted to wear her duck hat on their evening walk...who wouldn’t...?????!!!!!!!

We ended our moratorium on fostering dogs and I'm a bit overwhelmed with this one She's incredibly sweet, but she's a hot mess. Between her uti and prednisone, she can't seem to stop peeing on my floor and in my car. When she doesn't smell like pee, she still smells off because of her double ear infection. I wish I could fast forward a week so we can be done with a couple of her meds She's really easy other than that, she sleeps all day and it's easy to walk (and she needs lots of walks because baby girl is chubby!!).

At this point I can't get the smell of her pee out of my nose

Sorry she is such a handful with the peeing. She looks like a sweetie though. Those eyes...I want to hug her.

Wish Halloween was way more spooky-fun like back in my day, instead of the gore-fest these days. It’s like comedians, etc., that hafta’ curse...that’s all you got...blood and guts...?!?!?!?!?!

OK, so they went from gory to just plain creepy...maybe they chilled it a bit ‘cause they know some of us “old folks” are watchin’...?!!!!!

That may be enough for James That's why it's turkey, pork butt and baked pasta on Thanksgiving.

Yep, I remember those “youthen” days...good times...!!!!!!!

I found out that there could be a rain/snow mix in some parts of Wisconsin this weekend although my region part of Wisconsin is unlikely.

Just a word of warning while talking about Thanksgiving. Expect turkeys to be smaller this year due to producers expecting smaller gatherings.

That means you’ll just hafta’ buy more of 'em for your boys...!!!!!
