@epcotisbest I hope you manage to stay safe and dry!

Thank you for thinking about us. We got a lot of rain, and a little bit of wind, but that was about it here. South of us there was much more rain, with some flooding and trees down. Got lucky this time. Family in Pensacola are still without power and they had lots of trees and limbs down and flooding. Pensacola got it bad. I encouraged them to come up to N. Georgia and stay with us during the storm, but they chose not to.

I've seen only a few Aston Martin vehicles on the road. It's a head turner!

As I posted, there’s a whole dealership full of ‘em just down the road, so I see ‘em there and on the road quite often...but, pretty sure at 200K-ish and up, I’ll never be drivin’ one...!!!!!!! :greedy::hilarious:

Ripple Wine** seems like a likely choice then!
Ripple was a fortified wine produced by E & J Gallo Winery as a Low end fortified wine that was popular in the United States, particularly in the 1970s. And, according to The Drinks Report, "Surviving bottles are extremely rare with unopened bottles, originally sold for $1, valued at between $150 and $200."

Love the “fortified” part...!!!!! :hilarious:
Seriously though (sorta’ ;)), I doubt any of our clients have a bottle of Ripple anywhere near any of their wine refrigerators, wine bars, wine rooms, wine grottos, wine cellars, etc....however, I may, or may not, remember experiencing a few “Ripple effects” back in the day...!!!!! :cautious::cool::D:hilarious:

You never know... a lot had to start someplace and not all were born with a silver spoon. There may be a secret that they would never admit too, but there may be a skeleton in the cellar. (so to speak) 🍷🍷

I didn’t think you guys got snow that far south...

We don’t need no stinkin’ snow to celebrate Christmas...!!!!! :hilarious:;)
We pretty much get at least a dusting every year.
But, the most snow here I remember in the 44+ years we’ve been back was in early ‘85.
We got 3 snows in less than a month. The most was about 5.5 inches, and the least was about 2.5.
During the last one that year, San Antonio (my hometown) got an all-time record setting snowfall of 13 inches...!!!!!!! :eek:o_O❄☃:hilarious:
It really was pretty nutso...for us down here anyway...!!!!! :hilarious:

Sooo busy! My Wednesdays are the busiest. I am up at 5:30. I usually start teaching at 6:30. Done with the online kids at 8 so I can focus on my kids. I am down to 3 since the oldest has her college work, although she needs help once in a while as well. Yesterday I ate breakfast at lunchtime. I really hate stopping to eat when I am doing stuff. Had to leave the house just after 4 to drive youngest to the gym, which is about 45-50 minutes away from home. She had practice, then a stretch class, and then she wanted to stay with her friends for open gym. We left at 9. There is currently roadwork on 81, so I got home just before 10. I decided to take weekends off from online teaching because I really need 2 days where I don't need to worry about rushing.
How is your oldest doing in College? You mentioned a biology test not too long ago, I think....how did that go? Or maybe it was weekly quizzes?
