On the plus side, you are definitely going to be ready to get those prime Santa jobs in the mall.On another note, my hair hasn’t been this long since the 80’s, although, I don’t think it was even this long then...!!!!!!!

(I'm wondering how they will handle the mall Santa situation during COVID time. Probably the kiddies will have to stand from at a 6-foot distance away, from Santa? Wave to Santa behind plexiglass?)

Current weather below...not sure why it’s showing us cloudy, as it’s bright sunshine out there right now, and has been for most of the morning.
Some stuff south of us.
Hurricanes rarely turn into anything other than a rain event in this part of Texas, even if they come straight at us...we’re deep enough into the state.

For some (good) local news, it looks like my library might finally open up in the first week of August. They'll limit to 40% occupancy, masks and social distancing. It's about time -- should have been opened up at least a month ago.

Oh, that's too bad. If they were weeds like dandelions, she could chuck them into salad. (Not that I've ever had them and don't care to, but some people eat those.)

Wow. That’s so weird!!! There’s only two plants in that area right now, no flowers.. I never got around to adding anything in that section this year, the garden has been taking up any landscaping time.

Some plants come up from seeds in the strangest places. I have a flower in my vegetable garden that I didn't plant there. DH said a bird must have got a seed and dropped it somehow.
