When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
So, dinner last night was just a Jen & Mike affair. Too bad for Tammy, because it was lovely.
Another A+.

Chips & Salsa to start:

Tostadas de Tinga:
I ate 2, gave one to Hubby. Yummo-rama!

Fish Tacos:

As Gabe would say, SLURP!
Needed a whole bunch of these though, as the spice factor was a teeny bit out of my comfort range.

Continuing on ....
I only ate two of the fish tacos, so for those keeping count, Hubby had 2/3 of the chips & salsa, 4 Tostados, and 6 fish tacos.
Dessert was part of a set menu, based on what we ordered, but it was what I would have chosen anyway.

See that recommended tip amount ...
Well, I am a terrible tipper. There is nothing any server could do that would warrant me leaving $50 (nuh uh, Narcoosees), but this guy earned every cent. I happily left him $20!

And now for an atmosphere shot:

Definitely another great meal - on our to-do-again list.
Too bad Tammy missed it.

Last night, when we arrived at Epcot, we had time to ride beautiful SSE.
Then we booked it over to Mexico, via the Odyssey cut through.

We had a little time to do some shopping before being seated. I had requested a waterside table, but they all seemed to be four-tops. :(

After dinner, we cut through Odyssey again (score - limited exposure to late night F & W drunks!), rode Soarin', Living with the Land, and then SSE one more time.

It was a nice finish to a truncated day. I had been feeling kind of gypped at MK, not fulfilling my 8-9 ride/day requirement.

That's what I would like to know as well, señor.

I honestly have no idea what kind of Recipes La Hacienda uses..
but Chile Relleno actually as not almendras or nuts.
Chile Relleno is just a simple chile, with some type of breading based on egg and filled with cheese inside (and swimming in tomato sauce)

I think you mean the CHILE EN NOGADA. It has a creamy sauce based on nuts(white sauce)

As for Mole , yeah, it has some nutz depending on the state recipe.
but the traditional Mole Poblano has almonds.

I love your pictures!! Are you using your cell phone? I wish mine looked like those! My camera is dying and I can only use the old 2GB cards, so I'm trying to figure out what to get next...

I hear ya. If I could we'd be down there already.

Us too! If it gets too cold and too snowy, the emergency suitcase will be living in the car!

We have about a dozen. I must admit we've only half played a game. Same with the Kim Possible/Phineas and Ferb game. Too much time running all over in the Florida heat.

I enjoy Sorcerers way more than the P&F game in EPCOT. But, I only enjoy it because DS loves it so much. I think he thinks the battles really matter. It's so stinking cute.
