Of course, I was preaching to the choir. I was agreeing with the silliness that you implied it to be. I don't understand why you thought otherwise. It certainly appears the it isn't just me that needs to lighten up. We are in the problems that we are in today because to damn many people have decided to lighten up and just let questionable factions drag us complacently into something that we never thought we should be. Why, I don't know, but it needs to stop. If you don't feel that way, then I apologize for misinterpreting your point, but judging from your post above, I think we are both on the same path. Doing what you and your family are doing is an exercise in responsible handling of a unusually stupid reaction of others. However that is not "you know what" that is just plain reaction to stupid people that think that they are invincible and know more then people that are trained to actually know.

I was hoping/suspecting you were just using my post as a springboard for goin’ off on others, but, with this form of communication, and especially with how many are on edge with all goin’ on these days, sometimes I’m just not sure how things are intended.
But, I did include “winking” emojis again, so I was kinda’ tryin’ to lighten my response up, otherwise you might have seen these... .......
And yes, we’re on the same page. Unfortunately, there’s no repair shops for stupid.
Also, you know how much I love the “Lighten up, Russell” thing, but, no offense intended...feel free to use “Lighten up, Stephen” if you ever see the need...!!!!!

Sorry. Mortality from it is decreasing though, so that is a positive.

But, that’s because way more younger folks are gettin’ it now, and they have a much better survival rate. But, how many of them are now gonna’ go pass it on to parents or grandparents, and then the whole country is even way worse than it‘s ever been...?!

Should have done this at the same time of outing of Dixie Landings. I can’t imagine what Disney was thinking in the late 80s that Song of the South was a good idea or theming a resort in 1992 to Dixie Landings and a Cornell Incharge of a Cotton Mill. I still have the original Refillable Mug for Dixie Landings as we were there for the Grand opening of the resort. My DD was 2 months old. THE CHARACTERS WERE MINNIE AND MICKEY and Somg of the Sough Characters As is the mug.

I do wonder though out of the millions of non Disney loyalists how many guests Ever caught onto the theme of the attraction. I’m guessing most. We here likely have more insight.

This is getting ridiculous. Not all topics are political, some are based on common sense and reality and above all human concerns, emotions and opinion and it wouldn't matter who the hell is running the country. We are all running scared right now. We are scared to not protect ourselves from possible danger or scared to protect ourselves because we think we will be thought of as weak. It is time to stop this crap. Everyone needs to just stop thinking that they have any control of events that we have no control over and just do the best we can to protect ourselves and others. What a society we have become. I think we deserve the mess we are currently in. We have become (D'uh) stupid as a society and a species. Or we are listening to the stupid instead of just ignoring them like we used too.

I tend to agree With your comments.

We are all scared and worry about our families as well as ourselves. Like 9/11 it is uncertain times. Unfortunately health is mixed into politics because they are guiding us, restricting us and are the source of good information And bad to citizens currently. Like 9/11 the two are hard to separate. Members on all threads veil behind the use of babies, masks and emojis to further their political agendas Here to stay under the radar of the moderators. I agree common sense should prevail. It doesn’t always.

We stayed at the French Quarter last year again for a short trip. Our room was right across from the Main Building. I woke to the smell of Beignets each morning. Want to guess what I was eating with a side of bacon?

At dinner tonight we were making some happiness out of bit of sadness over Splash. We turned the French Fry Stand across from Pecos into a Beignet stand in our wishful thinking. Honestly I think they'd make $$$ hand over fist with that change.

Thinking about it one big problem with splash i always had was the entrance and post splash down is full of themed nothingness. Sure it’s nice to look at but it’s still blantently kinda empty. I hope the p&f ride fixes this issue and fills the emptiness with something. Heck in a way that would probably make the ride longer at least with visual storytelling if they do.

Wasn't there someone at some point who was ticked off because her kid wanted a churro or something and someone who didn't even have kids had the audacity to be at the parks and ordered the last one, so there wasn't one for her kid! She went off on a rant about how Disney is for families and what are you even doing there if you don't have children? That may have been somewhere else that I saw that though.
