I'll let him know about the tornado damage. I told him it was a bunch of flooding. His son is playing in a tournament there so they're all frantically trying to make it work today. Personally I hope they cancel the tournament, but after reading a lot of things @21stamps posts, I'm sure the sports thing will go on, even during an active tornado

They won’t play if lightening! They should have alarms near the fields. Sometimes you might sit in your car for 30 minute delay after 30 minute delay only to have the game canceled after all.. but they won’t put the kids in danger.

I use twitter just to scroll and read.

FB is for my real life friends and to ask questions or share.

I do think Twitter is one of the worst things to happen to us, it has made people gross. Facebook still feels like a way to keep in contact and share without emailing (for me anyway).

I was mortified when taking a pic on POTC and my flash went off. I thought I had turned it off so very ashamed.

My coworker is making the drive. Supposed to get into Charlotte around midnight. Which even under the best circumstances isn't great. Hoping they get there safe!

We end up with 5.31 inches. It finally ended during the early morning hours. Now the wind is picking up. We had three roof leaks so guess what we will be doing today.

Oh no. I was worried we were going to have a roof leak with all rain. Nope, no roof leak. Apparently one of our dogs ran under the bushes where we have a gutter drain pipe. It got knocked out of position and water leaked down the side of the house. Cinder blocks in a corner got wet. Dh fixed it so hopefully it will all dry out now. I hope your roof can be repaired.

Our alarm at the house went off at 6:30 this morning. Contractor went to check it out. Apparently it was a glass break sensor. Possibly because of the thunder. Yikes.
