Finished laundry and decided to check what’s trending on Twitter.

I’m no fan of Gayle King or Oprah Winfrey after the past year, so I did get a little guilty pleasure out of seeing some outrage against them.

But, then I saw the rest of the madness. Snoop‘s video, Bill Cosby tweeting from jail (?!).. and all I have to say is-——

We live in some CRAZY times.

Maybe I should cancel cable, reading 15 minutes of Twitter is enough drama to last a week.

Stay away from Twitter. The world is definitely a crazy place it seems, more so than in the past. I think it is just like we are so much more connected because of social media and people feel they can say whatever they want without consequences due to supposed anonymity. It just feeds a hatefulness I think. I feel no need to participate or give any of those people any credence. Ignorance in social media is bliss in my world.

We fared pretty well in coastal SC maybe an inch of rain and some wind and no damage. The upper part of SC got hit pretty hard

We got an inch overnight. Still raining. We may get a 2 day reprieve from rain, but it will be back Monday.

We got an inch overnight. Still raining. We may get a 2 day reprieve from rain, but it will be back Monday.

We end up with 5.31 inches. It finally ended during the early morning hours. Now the wind is picking up. We had three roof leaks so guess what we will be doing today.

Oh my goodness -- I didn't know he was still of age to have to use the back seat. (I erroneously thought maybe the back seat was for children up to maybe 5 years old.) Please ignore my oversight -- I have no children at home, only a dog!!

They have to be thirteen to ride in the front. Twelve and under and back seat only. At least in Ohio.

For those of you in the Carolinas..... my coworker is planning on driving this afternoon from Columbus Ohio to Charlotte, NC. It's currently snowing here after dumping on us overnight, but it's fluffy and not too icy. But I'm wondering how the conditions are in the Carolinas today?

It's like living in a snow globe here. Light, persistent snow showers. Now that I'm safely at work and it's a little lighter out, it's really pretty.

Lots of flooding. Snow at the TN/NC line. Lots of winds too. The rain has stopped. South of Charlotte had a tornado and damage. Lots of power outages in Charlotte.

I'll let him know about the tornado damage. I told him it was a bunch of flooding. His son is playing in a tournament there so they're all frantically trying to make it work today. Personally I hope they cancel the tournament, but after reading a lot of things @21stamps posts, I'm sure the sports thing will go on, even during an active tornado

I didn't see that they were available until about an hour ago but I was able to snag one for our March trip. It isn't at the most ideal time but we will make it work. Congrats on getting your fp. I'm pretty excited for this ride, maybe even more excited than for Rise of the Resistance.

My mom turned around and said something to a foreigner (couldn't pick up if it was Spanish or Portuguese they were speaking) for taking a flash photo on a ride. She got an eye roll in response, but they stopped. She's 100% done with poor guest behavior.

I was mortified when taking a pic on POTC and my flash went off. I thought I had turned it off so very ashamed.

No problem! I didn’t know either until a few years ago.. Age 13 is when they can ride in the front.

I think it was still height and weight when James could legally sit in the front but he still sits back there most of the time
