By the way, Cesar, what was your favorite Christmas gift you received this year?
Honestly... I only got either cash or invitations to restaurants.
Hardly get real gifts unless you mean my own purchases XD

I'm ok with that since almost nobody on my family is tech savy and money helps when I want to get something.

Now I'm waiting for a product to get MSI (months with no interest) payment option to buy a computer part that is kinda expensive.
I can buy it via ebay as in "now" but do not have all $ in cash.

but gift wise.. I think the best was a box of one of my favorite chocolates. Ferrero Rocher <3

Hey, cash and restaurant gift certificates are great gifts!!! Both are very useful and welcomed!

awesome which hotel? I haven’t been to Vegas since 2001, maybe 2000? My sister found a deal for us that included 3 nights, flight and hotel transfers for $250 a person. That was in the blazing heat of August though and we stayed at the Riviera which is no longer around. It was a fun trip though, so much fun we almost missed our flight back. And that flight back was the worst of my life, I was so hungover.
We were there in May 2001. I was just over 6 months pregnant with our first. We figured it was the last couple trip for a long time. We were right. It has been over 18 years now. We stayed at the Luxor. It was so cheap, plus dh ended up winning the cost of our trip at the casino. 🙂

I haven't been in about 23 years! I looked at the Luxor because it was so cheap, but then I looked at the walk up to the busy part of the strip and determined it was a hike... and I looked up an uber... and it was $22 for 2 miles... and decided I'd rather just pay for a more expensive hotel closer to the action. In the long run it'll be better for us because hubby will be able to take a nap when he wants to.
