So it’s not like my cat is still alive. It has been over two years since she died. But, today I was cleaning the wood floors and found a single piece of cat litter! I really have cleaned since then, I promise! 🤣She must be leaving messages. 😉

This reminds me, and I’ve posted this before, but, it’s been a while...
All but 3 dogs we’ve had (we’re on 9 and 10) in this house over the last 30+ years have from time to time sat on our bed and stared at a spot above our headboard near the ceiling...just staring. :cyclops:
Have no clue, but, Ranger was doing it again Saturday night, and Belle was doing it again a coupla’ weeks ago. So strange to watch.

Not a fan of Kurt Cobain, and any grunge type of music. That all came out during my junior and senior years of college. I prefer 80's top 40 and New Wave out of the UK. I like some Queen and other bands from the 70's. My presets in my car are XM 70's, 80's, their channel 33 which plays alternative from the 80's mostly. I cannot stand most music from today. It all sounds the same and the singers just sound so computerized. I usually wonder where the melody is.

Hey @figmentfan423 , you'll love this! Community center in my area is offering free sewing lessons in October and I signed up. (Can you believe it? :joyfull: ) I think they teach you how to make an apron. So with a limited retirement budget, I could sew aprons for Christmas gifts. "Merry Christmas, I'm on Social Security, have an apron." :hilarious:

I think it would be a lot better if they taught you how to make dog jackets instead, because no one wears aprons anymore . . . LOL. :p
I'd love an apron for Christmas, btw that was one of the gifts I made years ago and they were a big hit, everbody has an apron but me:facepalm:

Today's groan at work:
Background :
What happened: Boss was ****ed pi*** and pretty intolerant a few days ago, because staff was asking him for different system emails and confirmations, including authorization emails. (He had almost every single master account under his personal email.
What was suggested: centralize to a sysadmin account that the top guys can access and view.
What happened: He agreed and said to "make it so pronto".

What happened now: Boss was ****ed that HIS account (one instance) was changed despite my calls that everything is the same. Only difference was the login (password remained the same) being the sysadmin email. He claimed that I ruined everything and that he cant login or make calls. Refuses to use the new login. And then claims that I should have granted ownership to a third party account and not renamed. (hu, then how do you want to retain all ownership powers?).
What is happening now: trying to scramble to fix everything, but everything I do is hampering by my boss refusing to do actions, being witty, that I should resolve everything or contact support. He even claims he's losing "confidence" in me. :|

Right now: Took me almost an hour to make him understand that even support told me the way to fix things. Yet he did a reactionary change and created a NEW account with his older email. Making the revert back impossible. (and hence why he complains "he lost everything".) when in reality everything is there in his old account.
Now I have to convince him to DELETE this new account so I an fix the OLD account.

And that is not all.
Have been told by the same boss to backup all the recordings of this account somewhere because we're moving to a new platform imminently "soon". Even authorized developer time to create an script to allow this backup procedure to be automated.
And once it happened. Everyone started to panic "WHERE ARE MY RECORDINGS?". and I'm like facepalming "I told everyone about the backups a few weeks ago. Nothing is deleted, just restore from the trash bin of the program".
Now everyone is recovering ALL their files that THEY REALLY DO NOT NEED TO.. and causing us to go overquota and destroy the reason of why we're doing a backup elsewhere (aka save money).

My god, what a week...

End rant.
Expect a frying pan shortly:angelic:

For the life of me I don't understand how people can use that much data. I have 128 GB, downloaded apps and put all my music in the phone and still have tons of space. And it was a third of the price of the newest iphone.
