I think it really depends on the category:

Dark ride: Haunted Mansion, which is my ALL TIME favorite ride at any park, anywhere.

Thrill ride: Not big on thrill rides but if I had to choose one I would definitely go with ToT

And whatever category you want to put Soarin' into.

Right up my alley..............here are some of my all-time favourites:

Disney:
Pirates
Haunted Mansion
Splash Mountain
Small World
Hall of Presidents
Carousel of Progress
Tower of Terror
Everest

Non-Disney:
Spiderman
Incredible Hulk
Jurassic Park River Adventure
ET
Millennium (Cedar Point)
Magnum Force (Cedar Point)
Skyhawk (Cedar Point, honestly I do not think I have ever been more terrified in my life being on a ride)

If I had to pick just one ride to experience from start to finish though that includes the line, I would go do Pirates in a heartbeat again with Haunted Mansion an insanely close second. Haven't seen Potter yet

I rode EE in 2007 with fully operational Yeti, and I said after I got off that it was by far the best ride I was ever on. From the awesome queue which really got your imagination rolling to the moment when this 25 foot monster roars at you and swipes down to rip you right out of your seat - Total Wow!

Unfortunately for me, Yeti in B-mode drops the ride down the list.

Apollo's Chariot in Busch Gardens is awesome. No loops but no over the shoulder constraint and wicked airtime. The Great Bear at Hershey at night (and front row) is also at the top of my list. There is something to be said about sitting barefooted with feet dangling while being thrown into a corkscrew diving down towards water at 60 mph.

I did get a chance to ride "Back to the Future" in US Hollywood once and remember at the time thinking how awesome that ride was. I never did Spiderman though.

Splash Mountain and ToT would also be up there.

Tower of Terror. We have a love-hate relationship. I rode it in 2005 and promised myself never to go on it again. But then on my last trip I went on as a favor to a family member.

To put it bluntly, it's perfection, and to you cynics, it's damn close to it.

The Hollywood Tower of Hotel is what's pulling you down Sunset Boulevard. It sits there waiting for you, drawing you in. You queue up in the courtyard of an abandoned hotel. A reflecting pool sits cracked and empty. Dust covers furniture. You're being set up...drawn into the experience. You're no longer in line at a theme park, you're in Hollywood, 1939. You head through the spooky library, which sets the stage for the the whole experience. The boiler room creaks and groans, and creepy hotel employees board you in your elevator. The rest of the ride is disorienting, mysterious, and terrifying. You have to admit, no matter how many times you ride it, it still manages to send a chill down your spine. It's Walt Disney Imagineering at it's best, but I have to admit I don't see anything like that ever being built at a Disney theme park again.
(I know that sounded like PR...but gosh, I love that ride.)

I've never seen or read Harry Potter, so the ride will never mean that much to me. Indiana Jones at Disneyland is great, but a bit overrated. Like Tower of Terror, it takes you somewhere else. The effects are great, but I don't step off that attraction feeling like that was the best ride ever designed (but it is prety close.)

That's great looking! My issue with it would be that it doesn't look...abandoned. That's what I love about the Hotel at DHS the charred front, how the tower really appears forgotten. That's not taking anything away from what you've shown me...just my preference in "show".

I am going to have to agree. It's just looks too new (although beautiful). And that entire park is pretty mind blowing. Thats what I want our 5th gate to be.

And my number one ride is...Haunted Mansion!

Manta has to be up there.

I think Manta is one of the best coasters I've been on... Along with Hulk at IOA and Millenium Force at Cedar Point.

But for me, coasters overall aren't my favorite, when compared to complete experiences. They're great... But for some reason they just don't feel "complete".

I have to say that as much as we are Disney fanatics...no one has said Jungle Cruise. That is one of the most iconic rides at DL and DW. It is definately in my top favs! Here is my list:

Thrill: ToT and Space Mountain (DL and DW version)

Non Thrill: POTC, Jungle Cruise, Soarin', Haunted Mansion, and Spaceship Earth

Some Disney favs : Disneyland's PoC, Soarin', Peter Pan's Flight, and Matterhorn

Others: Cyclone at Coney Island (a really fun ride)

Pumbas Nakasak

Heading for the great escape.
I should be patriotic and mention Nemesis at Alton Towers. The fact that it has height limitations and they dug down instead makes a great ride.
