And that is just plain wrong.
While I would much rather have a pavilion open and operating to guests everyday I do not see anything wrong with having a special events pavilion. Much like DL uses seasonal overlays to get locals into the parks, Epcot uses festivals to pull in the crowds and a pavilion that can change to support this is necessary.

Don't they still have the millenium village (think it was called that?) in Epcot for that? The one they opened in 1999/2000 for about a year :shrug:
