like 1989Now, just imagine if we had sponsors for all the other pavilions with as much interest as GM.....
If you believe that. then thank God you are not in charge of making any decisions at Disney.Because Test Track is just a way better ride than World of Motion ever was.
Someone has to say it.
I thought I was crazy last weekend, glad to hear someone else heard it too.On a side note- has anyone else been on Test Track within the last 2 years and had parts of the old ride audio cut in and out?
Could’ve sworn I’ve heard “Alright, let’s” then cuts back to TT2.0
It is but its the literal cardboard cutout trees. Back in 1, they were green with some lighting. In 2, they're black with laser projections on them. This looks to be actually removing the cutouts and installing real prop trees which is a win.As a big car guy, I really like the current version with car design as the focus. Hopefully this version will still allow that, but in a more realistic way. EVs should be front and center.
I’d assume the queue will feature WoM artifacts? I don’t really remember it.
Isn’t the forest curve in the ride already? Or was that the previous version about car testing?
Kinda wish this would happen to me. Would be cool if it included the Gary Owens WoM audio too lolOn a side note- has anyone else been on Test Track within the last 2 years and had parts of the old ride audio cut in and out?

The park might fade into obscurity if you were in charge. Surely you recognize that the vast majority of people would much prefer Test Track over World of Motion. If you believe that. then thank God you are not in charge of making any decisions at Disney.
They are not bringing World of Motion back. Hints of World of Motion into the next realm of Test Track is a win. World of Motion was expensive to maintain hence why it's not here anymore. It didn't fade away because it wasn't popular. The park might fade into obscurity if you were in charge.
