Terminated

No doubt that some good people get termed. But that happens anywhere. Luckly I work in a wonderful department with good people who have been there for many years. I also enjoy the guests, 99% of them are in a good mood and fun.

I can also see it from the perspective that many here in the CP don't take it seriously, came with 20 of their pals from Somewhere State University, and drink 'till wasted.

I haven't been here that long. But Disney has been good to me so far. Chatham looks like a resort, free park access (I go nearly on a daily basis. Often right after work), nice break facilities and cafeterias all over the place (in transportation, we get a chance to use almost all of them :D). Plenty of breaks, etc. Sure, the lunch break is short, but if I say, want some Subway from The Mousketeeria and I am at Magic Kingdom Station, okay, it will take up my entire lunch break to get there and back, but right after that is another break where I have plenty of time to eat my sub. But I really think my co-workers make the biggest difference. They know all the tips and tricks to everything. So if I have any questions I know who to go to.

I just finished my Spring CP last Friday and I have an interesting story. On my very last day, we were supposed to have vacated Vista Way by 11am. My roomate (who is 21) was partying next door in an under21 apartment the night before. The next morning he was walking around with a can of beer in that apt., the security came in, and he was terminated an hour before his program ended.
