I'm considering booking Teppan Edo for dinner on my upcoming trip. In the dozens of times I've been to Disney I've never eaten here.

Any reviews, what do you guys think, is there something different you would suggest in Epcot (aside from Le Cellier, gonna book that as well)?

Since it wasn't moved yet :D

I ate there 2 years ago and LOVED it! The food was awesome in my opinion and the atmosphere perfect! I love the chefs in action and sitting with other people gets you talking and knowing each other and just enjoying the whole scenario.

I loved it!

I ate at Teppan in December 2010 and last December. There are much better Hibachi outside of Disney that I can go to. The show was not on the level of others and I was not all that impressed with the food. The portions seemed to have gotten smaller as well. I would personally recommend going elsewhere.

Mamma Mia.

Well my friend,if you like Italian food and more so pizza. Then Via Napoli wouldn't be a bad choice, however not a big fan of Japanese cuisine. Far too heathly for me.:ROFLOL:

Teppan Edo is one of our favorites. We eat there every time we visit the world. Each of us has our own favorite, and this is my daughter's fav, so we include it always. I'm sure there are 'better' tepanyaki places out there, but we really enjoy it. We have never had a bad meal. And service is friendly, even if it is slow at times. My fav is Cellier, my son's is T Rex and my Mom loves Chefs de France.

We ate here in 2011 and it was good, the wait was a bit long if I remember correctly even with ADR's. I'm not sure if the wait time is always a bit long, or we just picked the wrong day and time.

Teppan is one of two restaurants on my not a chance in heck list (along with pecos bills). The food was not very good, small portions, and u could get the same show at a fuji's in cedar rapids iowa. I will say this, u will be hard pressed to find a friendlier bunch of people whil in wdw. My advice for what it is worth is merrakesh (pretty sure i messed that up). U cant go wrong with biergarten either. I have never tried napoli but do have an adr for september. Also, go with god on the le cellier reservation. I lucked into one by booking it as far out as exceptable. If u are within the 180 days and happen to be going second week in september i can be bought........jk

We ate there Sept. 2010 it was great!!! The food was good and the servive was excellent. Not sure if you have kids but it kept our 2yr old at the time very interested, it was a nice break in our day too..

I agree the portions do seem to have gotten smaller. Other than that, the food is good and the show is entertaining... depending on your chef. Enjoy!:)

We had never eaten there untill about 4 years ago and I regret every year we passed it by. Good food and a good show too. Definately go there.

I do like Teppan Edo. It is a good restaurant, the food is consistently good and the show is pretty neat. Definitely one of the better in the EPCOT park without a question. I Also like The Biergarten and the Rose & Crown. I went to Via Napoli and found the service lacking, the prices very high and the food only so-so at best. Then again I live in NYC and have access to many great Italian restauants out here, but I still would prefer Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill over Via Napoli and that isnt saying much at all!!! Good luck!!!! Marie

We eat there every trip. This past April I could not get an ADR. We walked up to the outside counter check in at 5:30pm and were seated within 10 minutes. The food was excellent once again. We left full. Our dining plan included dessert, I didn't order, couldn't stuff anything else in my tummy.

It is OK

Nothing great.

If you don't have teppan dining that you can go to near your house, or it is a great thrill for you, then go.

Otherwise it is sub-par. Not bad, but not worth it in my opinion.
