This could possibly be finished by Dec 6th if they pushed it. I know that's not their style to rush anything, but there are no complicated mechanical ride elements to deal with and really only basic electric and plumbing all of which is probably in already. The rock work for BOG and LM came together pretty quickly.
I can't believe some people are questioning Disney for spending money to theme the bathrooms. If they built plain generic bathrooms in a rectangle building with no theme we would kill them for being cheap and building something that looked out of place. Many on here (me included at times) are critical of TDO or whoever you believe is calling the shots for loosing focus on the attention to detail that made WDW famous in favor of cutting costs. They go out and add a level of detail that goes well beyond the bare minimum (working toilets) and we question them for spending the money. I guess they can't win.
My 2 cents on the discussion about WDI calling the shots: if that was true the company would have gone bankrupt a long time ago. With any business that involves artists and creative people the biggest challenge for executives is harnessing the talent of the artists and keeping them happy while at the same time keeping an eye on the budget. When the money guys are in charge of creative decisions that usually fails and the same can be said for when the creative people are put in charge of budgets.
