I can't..My computer S U C K S !..Every time I try to get on AIM or on a site with anything besides text or have to open something up..it says..the text could not be written..please click ok to terminate ...I need the Geek squad....

Geek Squad are the worst possible people to take a compy to. Best Buy is the worst thing to have happened to them. There are far too many exposes showing their employees helping themselves to your files, erasing what they feel to be "illegal" files, overcharging for services, doing unnecessary work, and worse. Not recommended.
