Taking Online Surveys for $

Thank you so much for this great information. I am working on signing up for some of the sites you have listed right now. I noticed that on that link you listed above that tells about online paid surveys they have E-poll as number ten.
Just wanted to let you all know that I am currently a member of E-poll. There are no cash rewards for taking the surveys, but instead you earn points. Once you earn enough points you can cash them in for rewards. Some of the rewards they offer are gift cards to certain restaurants, movie theatres, stores, etc. I have not yet reached enough points to earn a reward so I cannot comment on receiving the reward yet. But I am almost there. I took a survey yesterday and have not been back to check my points yet to see if I can get anything. I would say I probably receive a survery from them about once a month.

Another site I have been using is www.e-rewards.com. For each survey you complete you earn a dollar amount depending on how well you qualify. The only thing is you do not get actual money. It is similar to e-poll in where you build up a certain amount. Then you spend that amount to receive certain awards they offer. I receive these surveys very frequently and earn the dollars very quickly. The rewards in my opinion are not that great. You can cash in your dollars for percentages off at certain online shopping, you can cash them in for airline miles for certain airlines, there are magazine subscriptions you can get for free, etc. I have about 80 dollars that I can cash in and have not yet because there is not much of interest to me. But then again, someone who uses airline miles frequently may find this to be a benefit. One thing I have used my dollars on which I found to be awesome was I got $15 in Borders Rewards. I have a Borders Rewards card so they put $15 on my account and I did receive this award. The only problem is now that I have redeemed this reward, I cannot redeem the same award for a while (not sure how long). Otherwise I would have redeemed all 80 dollars in Borders Rewards.

Anyways. I feel I am rambling now. If there are questions about either of these please feel free to ask.

Seriously? You got $125! I heard that the focus groups got paid a lot but the ones I have completed only went as much as $20 or $40. But I have not gotten in on any big ones like that. Very cool!

They do very on what they pay. I'm pretty nosey and spoke to some of the other women who were there and this one was about average. I did have "homework", I had to visit two seperate department stores (hello mall). I also heard that you can only do one actual focus group per quarter, but can do surveys all the time. Don't know if thats true or not.

I finally got the last points needed to complete 1000 points on Global Test Market and requested $50!

I went from $2 to $15.20 literally overnight on Opinion Outpost. I qualified and answered a couple of surveys the other day and then requested a check for $15.20!

I am still waiting on many other survey incentives to show up from American Consumer Opinion and Survey Spot.

I have not seen some incentives from the GreenField and am wondering how that site works. I am still new to it and have not been able to put alot of time into that one, so I will give it some time.

Another great site is bzzagent.com. They give you products to try and then you bzz about them to your friends, coworkers, family, strangers... anyone! You go back to the website and describe your conversation and then your report gets reviewed. They have recently converted the bzz points to "My Points" and now the points can be turned in for gift cards to just about any where. It isn't cash per say, but GCs that can be used for gas, shopping, food are fine in my book!

I have been a bzz agent for 3 years or so now and I have participated in some great campaigns. Here are some..

You should update the first post with some of the newer sites we have found, like lightspeed and american consumer opinion.
Only if you have time, but I thought it might be helpful to first time readers.

And yw for the Survey Savvy money, I have been getting a few more then I normally do. Site is still slow for me.

Nope. I use my paypal for buying Disney pins from Ebay! So I have not tried the bank account thing. Sorry!

I updated the first post with info regarding sites and I will try to update it as time goes on.

I have also received $6 in my account at the Greenfield site after taking some surveys a while back. This site has an organized setup and shows the status of the surveys you take but does not list your earnings immediately as do some of the other sites. But the money did come thru and it does have a PayPal option. You need $1 minimum to request a PayPal payment and $5 minimum to request a check. I just requested my money to go to my PayPal account and we will see how quick this takes place. The fine print stated that it would take 4-6 weeks to process and then go out to PayPal, so we will see!

Shere Khan - I had another $1.00 show up in my referral account on Survey Savvy! That's $4 you have helped me out with! I do appreciate that. Just think if we could get about 10 or so friends on that site and make $ everytime someone completes a survey. I wish that site sent more surveys out! :lol:

The Greenfield surveys have been very frequent and I have received my three requests in my PayPal account today and it only took a couple of weeks. This site seems to be really good. I recommend it to all.

Small Update

Just checking in to say that things have cooled off as far as surveys here the last couple of weeks. I am still waiting on some larger checks to come in. Sites that are going pretty good for now are Opinion Outpost and Global Test Market. My Survey has been extremely slow and I am wondering if they went on vacation or something!

Anyway, my fall vacation to WDW is coming soon so I hope to get these latest checks in and maybe one more round of checks before I leave in late September.

I have not heard of that one. Have you gone to the first thread and looked on the link to online paid surveys? You can look there to see if anything shows up or try the Better Business Bureau.

Have you tried any others survey sites?

I have not been able to stay on top of new surveys lately due to work and other activities but I have received most of my checks in and I do not think that I will be able to get much more in before our Fall vacation, but we will see. I am thrilled that I have made this much towards our vacation. When combined with recycling Aluminum cans, work mileage checks and savings we have saved up over $900! :sohappy:
