I know right?!?

@PUSH - Sarah can go anytime. Not a fan. Ben too. Jeremy is moving up my ladder now that Kim is gone. 😢

Michelle seems too sweet to pull this off.
Sarah is not my favorite player, but I think she is a fantastic player. Ben is not my favorite player, and he is not the best player. In his first season, his biggest issue was his social game. He had to idol/immunity win his way to the end. His social game continues to be an issue this season, too.

Jeremy I think is very underrated. I think he's one of the best social players we've seen.

Do you remember what was the last season you watched?

That was an absolute BOSS move by Jeremy not playing that advantage. Went to the Survivor roulette table, bet it all on staying, and cashed in his chips.

There is no way Jeremy gives the advantage back to Michelle, and he shouldn't. Jeremy gambled his own game on that and won. His advantage to use now at whatever point he deems necessary.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

Last full seasons, looks like Season 30 - Mike’s season, and then 33 - Ken McNickle’s season.

Saw bits of 31, 32, and 34; first episode of 35; none of 36-39.

You don’t think he should give it back?!?

I do. Whether or not he does remains to be seen, but for sure he should.

I think Jeremy needs Michele to get to the end. She's the only person who is consistently looking out for him. Tony is only keeping him around as a meat shield. If he doesn't give back the advantage, he burns the only bridge he has in the game. I don't see a path to the end for Jeremy without Michele sitting next to him in the final 3.

I know you and I disagree on Survivor topics quite a bit, but here is my breakdown.

31: Fantastic, top 5 season
32: I appreciate it a lot more now than I did then... I believe it was one of the last seasons to not heavily focus on advantages
34: It could have been great. The reverse order of boots would have been much better. This was the season that shifted toward Advantage City, and it had Advantagegeddon that resulted in one of the biggest sore spots in Survivor history.
35: Had potential, some good characters, but fell off late in the game. It was the first season to introduce the automatic final 4 firemaking, which is widely viewed by fans as a bust. To make things worse, it was a surprise in 35, and felt very much like production was forcing a Ben win.
36: I would argue it had the best group of pre-merge boots out of any newbie cast. Post-merge was awful, and you knew the final 3 for a very long time. The reading of the votes was incredible and mind-blowing.
37: Amazing season. Top 5. Top 3 newbie season.
38: Fantastic cast. TERRIBLE season.
39: Please do not watch this in your lifetime. Hands down the worst season of all-time. Very disappointing cast that looked so promising.

Also, Kim did not get much air time this season. But I think she still showed some of what makes her one of the best ever. She was able to read situations so well. Tonight at Tribal Council, she knew she was in trouble. She got up and tried to change that. Many players would be blindsided.

She also had a few times when she immediately identified what was going on. For example, last week. When Tony was forming his "fake" alliance with Jeremy, Michele, Kim, etc. Jeremy fell for it. Kim new it was BS (not Bob Saget) right away and came up with her own plan. Unfortunately that didn't work out for her, but she knew exactly what Tony was doing.

Despite the quiet edit, Kim still remains as one of my top 5 players of all time.

Tony’s idol and Michelle’s idol are now known by everyone.

Parvati and Natalie have enough fire tokens to buy all the advantages for the challenge and have enough to buy an idol. I think Natalie bought an idol before the last EoE, and Jeff did say that idols bought before the first challenge are still good if you get back in after the second challenge. Will they allow Natalie to buy another idol?

That's fair. And that's a strategic decision that Jeremy will have to play out in his head. But I'm perfectly fine with him keeping the advantage if that's what he decides to do.

I think, and it was confusing so I may be wrong, Jeff originally said in an interview that the idols they purchased were dead. But then later on, I believe he said in a different interview that he misspoke, and they are actually good if they get back in.

I'm guessing they're probably good to play even now. I think the point of those idols is to prevent the remaining players from targeting the returning EoE player as an "easy vote."

Denise finally having enough of the chatter was speaking for many viewers I imagine.

Everyone dropping out for peanut butter was disappointing in an all winners season.

Kim was right to go after Tony, but as is often the case, was just a little too late.

I think we're about to see why too many advantages make the game uninteresting. Even though there are a decent number of players left, taking Tony out is going to be really really tough. Instead of a thrilling end game with big moves, will it just be Tony taking full control?

An extended episode often means they want to unload a couple of predictable votes in one fell swoop. Not unlike when they have two tribals in one episode. But I could be wrong.

It wouldn't surprise me if Denise gets the boot next week. Jeremy was not happy at all.

I do not. Michelle gave it to him to play. Jeremy decided to gamble his own game and Survivor life and keep it. He took the risk, he gets the gain.

And this is why I would never win. I would give it back. (Okay, I wouldn’t win because they kick the old broad out first ... but still.)

Based on the current mix of players, Natalie would actually make for perhaps the most interesting returnee. She'd instantly align with Jeremy and I think that would make for quite a fun shake-up. Jeremy would win over her and I wouldn't be terribly upset with that outcome.

Tony has won if he makes the end. Kim had nothing but nice things to say about his social game and him as a person to her husband. Rob will try to dictate people's votes, even on the jury. Sarah strangely has the wind knocked out of her. I'd love for her to take the reigns to make it more of an interesting finale with Tony.

I can't make heads or tails of why Nick and Denise folded though. Or why Sarah wasn't in legitimate consideration. Ben is really the loose screw.

I think maybe Denise is feeling confident in her resume (she did just receive another immunity) and is starting to feel like making the final three is a bigger priority. Certainly Jeremy is a more reliable ally for her as he really has limited friends. Nick on the other hand is clearly overconfident in his standing identifying '3' people would beat him. He's also way out of his league with this cast as evidenced by the episode. Tony, Sarah, Jeremy, Denise, Kim would all easily beat him. I think the Jury would be confused with a Ben-Nick-Michelle final three though - I really hope that isn't how this season ends even if I really like Michelle.

I think Tony's brilliance is keeping Ben on his leash and snapping at Jeremy, while constantly swooping in to pull Jeremy from his jaws week after week. If he is smart, Denise or Nick need to be the next to go. Or sadly Michelle.

Can anyone else believe we only have two weeks of this season left? 5 hours total, but this went fast! And it may be the only Survivor we get for the rest of the year. :(

Personally I think this should be the end of Survivor. It's been a fun season, we got to see lots of our favorites. Going from this to another season of regular joe's just doesn't seem all that exciting to me. But I'm guessing some of you probably think I'm nuts for thinking this way.
