We are in a mall, and I did have security escort her out of the store last night. My company likes to side with the customer all the time even if we know they are a thief. I'm hoping that since my personal safety was threatend as well as one of my associates and several customers they will be on my side, but I have a feeling that they will say that I need to provide excellent customer service to everyone and can't single anyone out.
