That's a good idea, Susie. Better for them get get used to it and get the crankies over with now instead of the first day of school.

Oh I know. My first nanny job was for 2 school-aged boys. I did the same thing at the end of the summer. About a week before, I started waking them earlier. I did it gradually, though, an extra 15 minutes each morning.

I'm doing alright. Chilly & damp here this morning...made it tough to get up and come into work on a Monday. :rolleyes:

I was going to do it little by little but I decided "Lets go on and get some things done early so this afternoon we can relax." :lol:

It is warm and muggy here.

Went well. I made bolognese sauce over linguini and had home baked foccacia bread. I think it went over pretty good.

See, I think it ended up being harder for them doing it gradually. It's always better to just "rip the band-aid off", I think. :)
