That "the customer is always right" thing can go too far. Wawa is like that, too. No matter what, you have to plaster on a smile and be nice. That can be really hard!

It was not pretty. I had a customer dial 911, but mall security got there there before she pressed send. The mother of all cuss words was screamed many times including....you're a fat f***** slob and you need to lose weight and you don't know what the f*** I could do to you, I could f*** you up white girl.

When she left I just went back to the office and cried and called DH. I don't like confrontation and I really don't like personal attacks on me.

GOODNESS!!! I wouldn't want to go back to work today either! Well, at least mall security is aware of it. Maybe they'll be more present by your store today.

No one should have to put up with that. Your store has a responsibility to its employees as well as its customers.

I can't wait until I get out of retail. Hopefully something will get resolved today. I left a lot of messages last night with our district manager and loss prevention department.
