Hi everyone... having a terrible day 2day. Just heard from my mortgage co. They can no refinance out ARM because we owe more than our house is worth now that the market has crashed!

Thanks...I am sure it will for the mortgage co. so they can take more of my money. Plus I may have take a 3rd job. When will I ever get to sleep. Oh well last year no one could have predicted this would happen.

I'm know - but if I dwell on that, it's like giving those demons a victory they don't deserve. They aren't taking my birthday away from me.
The only way I can cope with it is just avoid TV all day. I'll never forget it, though.

Yay! Do you guys have anything special planned?
The kids gave us a gift certificate for a restaurant downtown, so we'll probablyjust do that. next year is a biggie!

I know. I just don't want to lose my house. There has to be and end to this our even the banks are going to go bankrupt. I even called our mortgage co being proactive instead of reactive and they said there is nothing they can do until you get behind and then not even then. WHAT are these people crazy why wouldn't you want to keep a customer that had been with u for 4 years instead of taking their house and LOSING money. I have to write a letter to someone my senator or congressman this has to stop.
