It is taking SOooooooooooooooooooooooooo LONG!
Here's a recipe for unbreaded chicken parmasean...adjust accordingly.

Preheat oven to 325 F.
2. Drizzle chicken with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried basil. Spray pan lightly with cooking spray (not much necessary b/c olive oil is already on the chicken) and sear chicken for 2 minutes on each side. Remove chicken to baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink.

I have recipe for chicken scallopine that I do in the skillet - one of those meals-in-30-minutes things.....brown the chicken in canola oil, add cheese and sauce and cover, put it on simmer, and the chicken basically sautes itself...:slurp: Might need to make that one of these days - tonight is spaghetti night 'round here.

Chicken are what I asked him to bring home. :brick:
He brought home tenders, which are kinda like chicken strips.
Thanks, though.

It actually might be me...:lookaroun (Preface:I'm not pregnant yet, but I will be probably the next one due up...although that will be a while, so I'm not announcing anything!) so I'll try to be quick...:lookaroun

I read the first part of that and went :sohappy: Then I read the last part.
