Trip Report SummerPalooza: When 1 resort reservation morphs into 5 resorts

We have had a few trips this year that were odd for us. The trip where my family had to end their vaction but I stayed on for 3.5 more weeks. I didn't even book a return ticket. This report will start out mostly of semi in-the-moment of the day posts at least for the first half of 3 weeks as we all will be arriving at different points. Like the above report I am not overly wordy but enjoy posting photos of WDW and Food along with adult beverages. Sometimes a tad odd to me behaviors in the parks.

This trip kept expanding in days and as a result resorts this time for reasons I will get around to explaining later, for now mostly photo's of the day. Hope you enjoy.

How have I not heard of room shoes?! They're so cute!

We saw them first in December. Purchased to stay in Disney Suitcases between trips. Unless we fall in love with them then all bets are off.

I put them in the dryer on low for a short amount of time and then air dried them the rest of the way. I don’t know if they are supposed to be washing machine and dryer safe but it worked for me.

I looked up their web site, because I was curious--having never heard of these "room shoes" before. Anyway, they're hand washable, but it didn't say anything about using a dryer. There was also a comment from a customer that she would put them in a laundry bag, and put in with her regular washing machine clothes, and they came out fine. (My guess is most customers probably air dry them.)

I am in awe still after all these years of the beauty that is created by WDW. The magic that tonite that was FREE entertainment. Tranquil wonders. No crowds Just Quite Beauty

Once again Live Photo’s. The amazement of the monorail wizzing past as the fireworks explode in the distance of the castle and Space Mountain.

It could make me smile a lot, I really do have a soft spot for Orange Bird. I'm hard on wallets and that just keeps bring me to my senses...so far. I have an Orange Bird Magic Band that I wear more than any other one.

It is Wednesday night already!!! I'm going to throw in a few random-ish photo's most of which are self explanatory and I have a pile for hopefully tomorrow.

First up Big Pups. Most who know me know my advocacy for service animals. My DD University has a volunteer program and students took them home over breaks and summer. Trained in local malls and parks anywhere high volume humans would be. Add in my family for 35+ years are large breed pup owners till late

These are Live Photo’s for those with capabilities note the pup does not move despite being dressed for the festivities which is often a call out. Humans can be gussied up but for some apparently not Serve Pups

And Our working Pup. He moves Who can blame him. It’s a3 at Epcot. Rainy. Day before food and wine. Walk on to all attractions. Seeking shelter from rain and no guests to sniff. But he is still a sworn officer even if he moves around cause he is bored

Still in awe of the Contemporary monorail pass through. Disappointed that the harboul of the MGM to Epcot never panned out. Would have been so much better then the lovely but tedious boat or walk between Epcot and Studios. While quaint certainly not efficient

Raining on SSE

And settling on Seasons. Rain like 2016 CM and surprised guests of the soft opening of food and wine. Not nearly as awful as 2016 but nasty nonetheless. This way both Uni FL and Disneyland grasped park hopping design so much better.

I have an orange bird magic band, the car topper you showed (although I need a new one) and a dress. LOVE orange bird. I found that many don't know or remember what he is.
