I am just a ball of anger lately, but I have not once snapped at anyone (amazingly).
We are just arguing over family. And everytime I want to talk to him, I just get angrier. I don't want to get into a huge fight with him, so I haven't brought up anything.
Write everything down in a letter. Then see how you feel. If just getting it out does the trick fine, if not then give him the letter. Try not to make any accusations, just state the facts as simply as possible. Then maybe you can work out a solution.
Keeping all that anger in isn't good for anybody.
