You seriously just tried to be snarky to ME about humor, asserting that I know nothing about humor? The New York Times called me “the new Neil Simon if Simon was 40 years younger and gay.” Would you like 20 more examples, or are you content to continue your lame trolling?

Yeah, I'm being snarky to YOU, big shot. If you know anything about humor, how about a demonstration? Because we've seen precious little of it from you so far.

Stop. You are not humorous, period.
Nobody asked you a question but since you decided to chime in with another personal insult again:

DEVIL BOYS FROM BEYOND REVIEW HIGHLIGHTS:

"Drag heaven on earth. Devil Boys From Beyond is a riot." - New York Times

“Be ready to laugh... a cross-dressing comedy that puts a fresh coat of over-the-top on 1950's sci-fi flicks... Devilishly clever.” – New York Daily News

“Two shirtless hunks, four fabulous drag queens, and 90 minutes' worth of high-camp comedy: What more could a fan of ultraridiculous theatrics want? Devil Boys is a devilish delight.” – Backstage

“What's funnier than a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist investigating reports of flying saucers in the mysterious swamplands of Lizard Lick, Florida—the hickest hick-town in all of America? Not much! Unless, perhaps, you cast a man in drag, add a boozing ex-husband, a nemesis/rival reporter, to boot! Mix in clever one-liners, a candy-colored design, and enough boy-toy eye-candy to fill a giant's Halloween sack, and you've got one hell of a show! You might want see it twice. I missed some lines, here and there, as I was still belly-laughing from some previous ones.” – nytheatre.com

“You can tell from the title that Devil Boys From Beyond intends to be fun, and the campy production does not disappoint.... a satiric, raunchy spoof that any generation will enjoy.” – Associated Press

“The Fringe Festival usually throws up a couple of shows you can bank on, and Devil Boys From Beyond, a sci-fi campfest by Buddy Thomas and Kenneth Elliott, performs that service here.” – Variety

“A gaily goofy all-male sci-fi adventure. Nuttier than a pack of killer tomatoes.” – citysbest.com

“Delightfully subversive.” – Theatremania.com

“Hilarious. This play will roughly triple the Theatre District's laugh quotient for as long as it's able to camp out.” – Talkinbroadway.com

“One of the funniest shows I've seen in a long time... filled from beginning to end with untold and unlimited surprises." – Oscaremoore.com

“A honey of a laugh riot... a wonderfully funny time." – Broadwayworld.com

“***** [FIVE STARS]! Buddy Thomas's deliriously campy sci-fi spoof – one of the most entertaining shows I have ever seen – is naughty, gleeful fun...The show opens a fabulous portal to the past: not just the paranoid world of the 1950s, but the legendary drag romps of Charles Ludlam's Ridiculous Theatrical Company and Charles Busch's Theatre-in-Limbo from the 1960s through the 1980s. Devil Boys from Beyond is a necklace of golden links to that wild theatrical tradition. If there were any justice in this mixed-up world of ours, the whole show would be tractor-beamed Off Broadway tomorrow." — Adam Feldman, Time Out New York

“Cheap in all the right ways, the fast, tawdry and very funny Devil Boys From Beyond is the Fringe Festival at its best." — New York Post

WONDERLAND WIVES REVIEW HIGHLIGHTS:

“Elicits plenty of laughter via the comical zingers and humorous adult situations that [Thomas] puts these beloved fi gures in.” - Talkin’ Broadway - Pheonix, AZ, Read More

“Playwright Thomas bends and turns with merry zaniness the familiar story as he transforms normally upstanding characters to create chaotic silliness.” - Curtain Up Pheonix, Read More

" Wonderland Wives is a show with tons of memorable moments and seriously funny performances. Once you open this story up you don't want to leave. You want to stick around and see what's gonna happen next." -Broadway World

CRUMPLE ZONE REVIEW HIGHLIGHTS:

“The kind of domestic comedy that might have been written by Neil Simon if he were gay and forty years younger.” – The New York Times

“A little gem.” – Liz Smith

“Thoughtfully written and extremely funny. A worthwhile night in the theatre at its witty best.” – Westchester County Weekly

“Guaranteed to keep the laughter in overdrive!” – New York Daily News

“Sparkles! The first fresh comedy of its type to come along in years. It is not going too far to draw parallels between Neil Simon or Kaufman & Hart at the top of their powers... A rollicking farce with a heart of pure gold.” – LGNY Newspaper
“In its climactic confrontation scenes, the intensity hits Eugene O'Neill/Edward Albee levels. Thomas has written a forceful drama with insight and passion.” – NYtheatre.com

“A perfectly tuned living room romp.” – Staten Island Advance

“If it's belly laughs you yearn for, look no further. A whirlwind of unpredictable events worth twice the price of admission. Don't miss it.” – Broadwaybeat.com

“Until the very last scene, there is hardly a moment for the audience to catch its breath. For those of you who like to go to the theatre for a little nap, this show is not for you. A very entertaining evening.” – Talkinbroadway.com

“The best Off-Broadway play of the season.” – P.M. Magazine

“Big, colorful, and more fun than a cargo hold full of flying monkeys!” – HX Magazine

“It’s heart-warming and laughter-producing in equal measure.” – Britishtheatre.com

“Funny, sad, real, and a life-affirming glimpse of people like most of us.” – London Pub Theatres Magazine

"The Santa Clauses" should have been the big screen presentation for the holidays and "Strange World" D+.
How do you possibly know this? Have you seen Strange World? Have you seen The Santa Clauses? Free answer. You have not seen either one of them. I'm so terribly sorry that the one hitting the big screen has a gay character in it. Boo-hoo for you. Have a seat.

I love that there is LGBT+ representation! Good for Disney for understanding diversity and inclusion. There are so many different kinds of people in this world and representation matters. This makes me way more excited to see the movie than I was before!

Not sure if you are trying to convince us or yourself, but it is coming off as pathetic and sad.

Agree… there are some people on the internet that would have you believe that doing that is political… I think it is the opposite… what is so political about depicting the diversity that exists in the real world… it is the “anti-wokers” who are making political statements against diversity

Agreed on Saludos Amigos and The Three Caballeros from an artistic perspective. But the absolute gift that arrived 75 years later from those wartime films was the Viva Navidad! show at Disney California Adventure. That ranks up there with me as some of the best park entertainment of the last 30 years, alongside Fantasmic!, Paint The Night, and the Tiana showboat show (they only did for one year).

Viva Navidad! is Christmas perfection for me, and truly wonderful. I'd buy a ticket to DCA just to see that show (well, and maybe go to Cars Land)!

If you haven't seen it in person, check it out on YouTube from one of the better bloggers. Save it for after Thanksgiving though, because it's Christmas cheer overload. About all it's missing is Charo herself popping out of the top of the float! 😄
Don't forget the creation of "The Legend of The Three Caballeros" series from 2018 before hitting Disney+ after it's launch. The production behind that show was surprising secretive for a Disney Show.

I remember when episodes for the show leaked during the Summer of 2018.

As for Viva Navidad!, I strongly recommend seeing the show at nighttime.

I assume you are addressing me, but since you forgot to quote, who knows who you are addressing. However, don't tell me to "have a good one" after hurling personal insults.

Nothing pathetic or sad here, but keep violating board rules by hurling personal insults if that's what gets you off.

Stop being a troll and people will stop calling you one. Stop attempting to inform me that I am humorless and I’ll stop posting proof that your trolling accusation is incorrect.
