A few weeks ago when we were there I noticed that a large section of the lot for the contemporary was being used for construction management and storage. There was a wall around this area if I remember correctly but it was clearly visible from the monorail.
The STOL site had a large number of trailers parked on it as well as portable lights and generators. I wonder if this area is being used, at least partly for the PoC rehab. There was a thread on here a while ago where a picture of the STOL strip was posted showing PoC boats lined up along the runway.
