It will most likely be the same as every new restaurant at disney. At first walk-ups only and reservations available in the weeks after.

Photo update as of Sunday, Jan 10. The back side of STK Steakhouse, as viewed from Morimoto's Asia. The "roof top" dining area can be seen here with door openings into the second story of STK. This open air dining area will be looking over the new "Disney Springs" water feature at the rear of the building.

Disney Springs is going to look pretty classy when all said and done. A great addition to WDW.

The rain has played havok with the construction schedules... it didnt stop this year.

They probably are in no rush right at the moment... January isn't the best time to open a restaurant at WDW. I'd say they are shooting for Spring Break.
You ain't kidding. I am in north Florida and we had 58 days of rain between August and September. It really kills the profit margin when delivery trucks are sitting idle for nearly 2 months.

Photo update as of Saturday, Jan. 30. Construction update on the backside of STK restaurant, overlooking the "Springs."
On the lower level entrance to STK, the glass has been installed in the circular tower windows.

I would expect the same thing to happen with this. A few months of no dining plan, then it will work it's way in.

I don't think they initially said "no". What they said was they would initially open without DDP in place but would add it later on.
Yes there is a chance in that time frame.
