Yikes! This isn't the first injury he's had during this tour. I read that he had fractured his leg a little while ago. I've seen them live and for his age, the man can still move! Hope he's doing alright.

Wow, hope he is doing okay. I know they had to cancel the show here in Ft. Lauderdale because of his leg injury. I hope he can recover just as quickly this time.

Apparently not. Had tickets to the show tomorrow night and Aerosmith officially postponed it this afternoon to a later date TBA. Hope it's not too late ... it gets chilly up here really fast!

An aging, drug infested hippie falls and people are concerned. A CastMember falls and people laugh.

I don't get it. :(

Only on a Disney Fan site infested with immature Disney haters, I guess.

Don't say anything if you can't say something nice.

And I am pretty sure we aren't disney haters if we are on a disney fan site...:p

I have never seen Aerosmith in concert - my hubby has years ago.
They are one of my favs & I would LOVE to see perform live.
I have seen the Rolling Stones, the Eagles, ZZ Top (met them), Van Halen (met them w/ Sammy).
We are planning to see another one of my all-time favs in October - Rick Springfield. :D

Obviously you have NO IDEA what I am referring to. And there are PLENTY of Disney haters on Disney fan sites. Don't kid yourself.

On the other hand, you understand exactly what I'm talking about.

Just to correct your statement, I know exactly what you are reffering to, and I, along with many others on this site, do not find amusement from falling castmembers.

Your hateful comments about Steven Tyler's fall are no different that the insensitive comments made about castmembers' falls.

In addition, maybe we are not reading the same threads, because I don't think I have come accross many "Disney haters" on this site.

Winnipeg Free Press - PRINT EDITION
Tyler breaks shoulder, Aerosmith tour dates on hold

Steven Tyler falls off of the stage in a recent concert in Sturgis, S.D.

Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry says the band's current tour will be delayed by at least a month after Steven Tyler's tumble from a South Dakota stage.

Tyler reportedly broke his shoulder and suffered head and back injuries after falling during a concert at the infamous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
Speaking with a reporter at WXRX radio in Rockford, Ill., Perry said the tour could be delayed anywhere from four weeks to two months.
"I don't know what's going to happen, when the tour's going to pick up, I've heard anywhere from four weeks to two months..." he said. "I don't know what we're going to do with the tour."

Perry's wife Billie reported the extent of Tyler's injuries to Billboard.com in a Twitter message yesterday.
"Yes he is very sore," she wrote.

Joe Perry also spoke on WXRX of the band's bad luck in recent years -- ranging from injuries to cancer -- but said Aerosmith will keep going despite the problems.

"We always come back," he said.

A concert slated to take place at Winnipeg's Canad Inns Stadium Friday night was postponed because of Tyler's injuries, as was the next stop on the tour in Regina.

Tyler's mishap occurred during the song Love in an Elevator. Videos shot at the concert show Tyler putting down his guitar and embarking on a series of dance moves, ending in a spin that sent him tumbling from the stage.

With the tour on hold, Perry told WXRX he is making the most of his time, travelling, speaking to deejays and working on new music.

"As soon as... I knew the tour was going to get postponed or cancelled or whatever, I was like, 'All right where's the first radio station? I just don't want to waste any more time. We're a lot closer to the end than the beginning, and I don't want to waste any time."
